Quick and good ! If you love real burgers , fries ,onion rings and shakes this is your place. I think it is better than McDonald's! I am a little disappointed from my last trip there. The burger was too sloppy and the onion rings were undercooked! There was batter still in some of them . I guess they were rushing,but I hate wasting my money. I will still go back someday or go to a different one .
I went inside to order. They no longer have a person take your order, it's all done on the kiosk, whether you are doing take out or dining in... then it actually has the nerve to suggest a tip amount. This is a huge pet peave of mine.... counter service fast food places should NOT be asking for tips. Period. Especially when you have to type your order into a kiosk. You close at 10:00 P.M., but your guy tells me I have to get my food to-go at 9:15 P.M. despite others ordering inside without incident. Your manager gives me resistance when I want a refund and tries to cop an attitude. This level of service is unacceptable.
