First time ever eating panda and they did NOT disappoint
As an Asian of Filipino descent, one may think I would turn up my nose in protest of Panda. Well let me set you straight - Panda is my jam. All Asians love Panda, even if some may try to keep it a secret amongst our people, never to be shared with Americans. Panda Express is a restaurant known for its generally good staff, but there is room for improvement in management. Orders can take time to fulfill, even when placed online. However, some staff members, like Ronnie and the outstanding manager Ssuan, go above and beyond to provide excellent service. There have been positive remarks about the friendly and efficient workers, enhancing the overall experience. The food remains consistent, with some customers enjoying the Egg Veggie fried rice. Portion sizes can be unbalanced. Parking is limited near the restaurant, but there is availability at the nearby Walmart. Overall, Panda Express has potential with attentive staff and good customer service, especially from individuals like Daniela, but it needs to work on efficiency and consistency.
