It was my husband’s birthday and had heard good reviews, so we thought we would try Hangry Bison. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our waitress, Macie was fantastic. She explained the menu – drinks and food, and then gave us time to review the extensive drink menu. We ordered a caprese flatbread appetizer.
