“Everything about the food service at the Melia Orlando was five star! From the hostess to the servers to the bartender and the chefs, my family and I were treated royally! We have never been made to feel so special! Maria, Olivia, and Lily just to name a few were simply exceptional! The food was delicious and the menu had lots of interesting variety! we had signed up for the Level experience therefore our breakfast was complementary and included in the price of our room rate. We had breakfast every day for the 10 days we were there.The times we ate dinner there the menu prices were very reasonable!“

“I was in town for my daughter's 14th birthday and Norman's did not disappoint. From our initial greeting to the final goodbyes, the team at Norman's was flawless. We were promptly sat upon entering. Every team member that stopped by our table made sure to wish my daughter a happy birthday. Service was timed to perfection. Drinks were always kept full. Entrees got to us just as our appetizers were finished. Our service team made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. As for food we started with the charcuterie board, blue crab beignets, and the pork belly. All 3 appetizers were amazing and perfectly portioned so we could all enjoy some. I had the yellowtail snapper as I've heard that Norman's has the best yellowtail snapper and this could be the best filet of fish I've ever had. Highly recommend trying this fish out if you're a fish lover as I am. We also had the filet mignon and the Mongolian tomahawk pork chop. Both were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. We also enjoyed au gratin potatoes, creamed corn and lobster Mac. The creamed corn was the only item in the entire experience that I didnt care for because it had a pepper taste to it and that's not what I was expecting. Lobster Mac was great as was the au gratin potatoes. For dessert, they brought out a platter as a surprise to all us with my daughter's name written on the plate. That was a super cool touch and made the experience that much better. Not to be outdone they also brought us passionfruit creme brulee, key lime pie, cheesecake and tiramisu. Each of these desserts were delicious. Sadly I was able to taste but not indulge as I have to watch my sugar intake but the rest of my party loved each option given. I can't say enough how great this dining experience was to those that I know so I wanted to share what an outstanding job Norman's did for my family and how special they made my daughter feel. True hospitality is hard to find these days and Norman's did a fine job on this visit.“

“We had an outstanding dining experience at Eddie V's and will definitely be back. The service was exceptional from start to finish, which is exactly what you expect when dining at a premium steakhouse. The staff was attentive, professional, and made the entire evening feel special.
We started with a dozen and a half oysters, which were incredibly fresh and delicious. The Wagyu beef dumplings were absolutely amazing and one of our favorite appetizers of the night. We also ordered the crab cakes and steak tartare, both of which were expertly prepared and full of flavor. I tried the Caesar salad as well—while it wasn't a traditional Caesar, it was unique, fresh, and very enjoyable.
For our entrées, we enjoyed the rack of lamb, filet mignons, and a couple of lobsters. Every dish was cooked perfectly and delivered exactly the quality you'd hope for from a high-end steakhouse. The sides, including the mac and cheese, were equally impressive and complemented the meal perfectly.
The true highlight of the evening was the Bananas Foster. It was absolutely phenomenal and easily one of the best desserts I've ever had. The presentation, flavor, and execution were flawless.

“I’m SPEECHLESS. Some of the best Peruvian food I’ve tasted. Service 100%. Food 10,000%. Everything was so fresh and delicious.

I had the shrimp fried rice, which is a huge portion. I had enough left over for dinner! They also have a drink called Limonada de Coco…OMG. It felt as if I was on tropical island when drinking it. Last but not least, the dessert. I had the ice cream and a Peruvian cookie. It was so light, not to sweet. The perfect balance.

“On vacation from Arkansas and was looking forward to trying this place. We were not disappointed. I had the lobster, crab, and shrimp boil with potatoes and corn. Every bite was delicious. Wife had the fried shrimp basket. The shrimp were huge. You know it is delicious when after every bite you go, “Mmmmm.”“

I came here with some colleagues after a conference. It's located in the Ritz Carlton.

It's a fancy place! I believe it's on the Michelin guide. Know that it is pricey. It's a steakhouse and I'm a vegetarian, but the staff was kind and pointed me to dishes that were veggie friendly.

They start with an amuse bouche -- I had some fresh veggies that seemed recently harvested. It came with ranch that felt like it was from a grocery store, but the veggies were good.

The bread course was great -- several options and all good. They have two types of butter as well, including a smoky one that I thought was excellent. The croissant-like bread was really good.

My group didn't order any veggie apps but there weren't many on there besides the salad. That said, they raved about the Caesar salad and the oysters. The salad was especially popular.

For the mains, my friends mostly ordered meat dishes (which is what the place is known for). I ordered a pasta dish. It was okay. I thought it was a bit one dimensional with how strong the citrus flavor was, but it was certainly pretty. The sides we got were delicious, especially the mushrooms.

To close off, they gave us a bit of sorbet (may have been ice cream) that I believe was passion fruit flavored. It had a bit of granola. That was great! We also ordered the soufflé. I'm not a big soufflé guy but man, it was AMAZING. Maybe the best thing I had here! Definitely get it.“

“The food was outstanding. Beautiful setting. in general the service was good however there were a couple of things that could be improved. We were sat in a booth that backed to a server station and the servers could walk behind us. For the first half of the dinner the servers came round and faced us to take orders and communicate to us. No problem. Then towards the end of the meal a server would pickup our dishes from behind us near their stand. They also took the dessert order from behind the booth. It was a bit odd and not a fine dining experience in my opinion. Second thing, our dessert came out a bit slow and because of that the melting of the chocolate didn't have as much wow factor. What should have happened was pouring over the hot Chocolate sauce melted the outside dome but it didn't really melt, so the experience was impacted by that. Other than that the food was delicious. I stay at this hotel every time I go down to Orlando and it is very convenient to book for your next day flight. The restaurants are great. The staff is amazing. The balcony view is unmatched. It is a little more expensive to stay here compared to your average hotel, but you won’t regret picking this Hotel over every other one out there. Spend the cash and stay here. It’s worth it.“

I called and spoke to the manager Zahra who invited us back so that they can make things right. She was very nice and understanding. We went back and Zahra greeted us and made sure that we ordered and received it in a timely manner. She checked on us also and updated us on our order that was being made. Jeremiah was the server and he was great, also...very friendly. He did well updating us, too. We were impressed. We even met the GM who happened to be there and stopped by the table to say hi and check in. Everyone was nice. We appreciate Zahra and all her help. She really is an EXCEPTIONAL manager and we see her dedication. Now, assuming we aren't taking cost in to consideration bc everything at a hotel is overpriced ... MOOR was fantastic! The tuna tartare appetizer it was absolutely delicious! The tuna The tuna was so fresh and had great flavor. I had one of the fish's of the day (Cobia) as my entrée and it came with a mushroom risotto which was out of this world! my hubs had the Grouper and thought it was equally as good ( we are from Florida so we get to eat seafood a lot and they're very picky ). The kids also loved their chicken fingers albeit not hard to mess those up. Our server was very knowledgeable and kind. If staying at the Gaylord I would recommend checking it out!“
