la comida es excelente, el servicio es excelente. Lo único que no nos gusta es que ponen mucho reggeton, demasiado, por lo cual la estadía no es tan agradable
My Peruvian friend approved!
We were just visiting Orlando for business and found this restaurant for dinner. The ceviche had wonderful flavor all the way down to leche de tigre—we drank it all as well. The octopus was tender and delicious, and the beer was nicely cold. I had a great experience.

Aji Ceviche Bar Orlando is a Peruvian restaurant with amazing food and lovely ambiance. The service is wonderful, attentive, and very quick. The Aji Explosion is a fabulous signature dish with tons of fish, skewered steak, and shrimp. The ceviche is spectacular, fresh, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious. The Mar y Tierra combo offers a great variety, including an outstanding and authentic chicken causa, very very good arroz con mariscos, and an excellent jalea. The Natural Juices are wonderful. The alfajores for dessert were incredible. The food came out quickly and everything arrived well presented and full of flavor. This place is a great stop for authentic Peruvian food with consistently high quality. Highly recommended.
