I believe I had the bourbon cheesesteak. If nothing else, it was hot. It wasn't exceptional it was bad. Oddly enough, it did not start off as trailblazer. The more I ate, the better it became. A little pricey. Is it possible to become a go-to restaurant? On the fence. It's definitely a restaurant you want for a change of pace. Sidebar: Do not plan on eating and driving at the same time.
Was passing through town and decided I was in the mood for a good cheesesteak. The meet looked like it was boiled. Cooked, looked clean but there was no browning, crust or sear from the hot griddle. The sandwich was OK, but nothing to rave about. Satisfied my hunger but there was definitely room for improvements for the taste and texture of the sandwich. The staff were very friendly and I appreciated the service.
