“Ok, so I see some negative comments on here about Mannys. I have been going to the one on 27 for a little over 10 years. Usually at least twice a month. I have NOT had the experience these people have and wonder if their expectations were beyond attainable and no matter how good things were they would still have a complaint. My girlfriend and I love this place. I have never had a badly cooked steak and the prime rib my girlfriend gets is what she wants. I would not under any circumstances continue to patron a restaurant if it were not good. Having lived in west Texas for almost two decades, I know a good steak. If your expectations are that high, maybe stay home and cook one yourself. You are your own worst critic.“

“Lindsay was one of the best servers I have ever had! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and the drinks and made excellent recommendations. She was attentive to our needs, yet not overly invasive. Lindsay was super personable and made sure our experience was top notch.

“So we went to Orlando from cold Ohio for a Thanksgiving vacay! We were in the mood for some good soul food and we found this place! We had the fried chicken, fried ribs, smothered turkey wings, oxtails, mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, greens and Lima beans! We were not disappointed. “We haven't been here in probably 10 years! We had great food this time. Fish and chips were fresh, hot and tasty! We also had a shrimp trio and that was equally great! We were ki da forgotten about and had to ask 3 times for to go boxes, but otherwise, the atmosphere and food were better than I remembered! Menu was definitely a bit pricier than we remembered, but still good food quality!“
