“I was visiting Orlando last weekend, and just started turning corners. I pulled into the gas station in Ocoee, saw the food truck, and decided to check it out. I am so glad I did. I ordered the conch fritters and cracked conch with pigeon peas and rice. The conch fritters were a bit greasy but delicious. In every bite, I was able to taste the herbs as well as the conch. The sauce was amazing. The marrying of the flavors in the conch fritters and the sauce was divine. The cracked conch was perfectly fried, and the pigeon peas and rice was tasty. The next time I'm in the greater Orlando area, I will be returning.“

“I was in town for my daughter's 14th birthday and Norman's did not disappoint. From our initial greeting to the final goodbyes, the team at Norman's was flawless. We were promptly sat upon entering. Every team member that stopped by our table made sure to wish my daughter a happy birthday. Service was timed to perfection. Drinks were always kept full. Entrees got to us just as our appetizers were finished. Our service team made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. As for food we started with the charcuterie board, blue crab beignets, and the pork belly. All 3 appetizers were amazing and perfectly portioned so we could all enjoy some. I had the yellowtail snapper as I've heard that Norman's has the best yellowtail snapper and this could be the best filet of fish I've ever had. Highly recommend trying this fish out if you're a fish lover as I am. We also had the filet mignon and the Mongolian tomahawk pork chop. Both were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. We also enjoyed au gratin potatoes, creamed corn and lobster Mac. The creamed corn was the only item in the entire experience that I didnt care for because it had a pepper taste to it and that's not what I was expecting. Lobster Mac was great as was the au gratin potatoes. For dessert, they brought out a platter as a surprise to all us with my daughter's name written on the plate. That was a super cool touch and made the experience that much better. Not to be outdone they also brought us passionfruit creme brulee, key lime pie, cheesecake and tiramisu. Each of these desserts were delicious. Sadly I was able to taste but not indulge as I have to watch my sugar intake but the rest of my party loved each option given. I can't say enough how great this dining experience was to those that I know so I wanted to share what an outstanding job Norman's did for my family and how special they made my daughter feel. True hospitality is hard to find these days and Norman's did a fine job on this visit.“

“We came here on vacation because a friend recommended it. The service was great from the beginning. We ordered drinks. The presentation was perfect. We ordered calamari and raw oysters. Both were amazing. Our kids ate both. It was their first time eating oysters and both asked for more. When our food was served we were so surprised with the amount of food. “Let me tell you about Seasons 52 in Orlando Florida. First I found out this is the original restaurant, first store. I have been to Seasons 52 before in other locations but our experience last night was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was incredible, we had a water view, the service was absolutely fantastic and the food could not have been better. We both had Fillet and lobster. Both were cooked absolutely perfect!!!! Our server Shelby did the most amazing job. Our experience could not have been better. Thank you!“

“Our meal was outstanding. The appetizers of Oysters Rockefeller and Calamari were hot and cooked well. The bread of course is always delicious. Husband had the salmon hich he enjoyed. I had the 22oz ribeye and it was cooked to medium perfection. The mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were excellent sides. Apple Tart and Creme Brule completed the meal. Service was excellent.“

“Hands down the best seafood I have had in a very long time. I was lucky to try this great food at a food truck Friday. The chicken and shrimp, my wife and 3 year old enjoyed. I went with the shrimp and crab. It was amazing. Fresh cooked to order. It came with potatoes, sausage and an ear of corn all smothered in this amazing homemade butter.I could go on and on about how great this meal was. And normally I don’t write about food, but this deserves 5 stars and more.I hope they are back in my town again next month because I really want to try the lobster.Great customer service and great people all around. “I had a great time celebrating my moms retirement and her birthday! We saved something special to try for the end of our trip. We had pasta, a giant chicken Parm with a ricotta meatball as an appetizer and enjoyed a butter cake for dessert. Everyone worked as a team from our server, our red coat door dining host and the manager that made the cheese wheel magic!!! I loved the special way meals are made here. I don’t know if the truffle oil is for me I like a really creamy Alfredo, but the meat ball and chicken were so tasty. From the moment we walked in the staff was so kind, Dennis our server was AMAZING and the food was insanely good at the most incredible prices. “We had an issue previously with our take-out order; We didnt get what we ordered (miscommunication maybe) and one of the items didn’t taste up to par). I called and spoke to the manager Zahra who invited us back so that they can make things right. She was very nice and understanding. We went back and Zahra greeted us and made sure that we ordered and received it in a timely manner. She checked on us also and updated us on our order that was being made. Jeremiah was the server and he was great, also...very friendly. He did well updating us, too. We were impressed. We even met the GM who happened to be there and stopped by the table to say hi and check in. Everyone was nice. We appreciate Zahra and all her help. She really is an EXCEPTIONAL manager and we see her dedication. “Our server Brent at the Orlando location was more than professional, very patient and just an overall great server.. The food was excellent. We ordered appetizers and were able to eat them before our entrée came out , because of that we didn't feel rushed... there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a great view of the lake. “Honestly for a pool restaurant, it was pretty good. It's exactly what you expect it to be. The drinks were phenomenal and they had some unique options honestly, the food was ok, the service definitely made up for it. Our server took great care of us. My wife and I ordered the jerk chicken flatbread while lounging at the pool on our staycation, and it was ok, the flavors were there, but more individually, not really working very well together. It could have been also due to the fact that the flatbread was soft, and not very crunchy, so it didn't hold up the best. Now for pool food was it good, 100% yes, would I have ordered this in a sit down restaurant, no, not a chance. The drinks though, I would order every change I get, they were delicious and very well made.“

“Everything was perfect from the greeting thru to the lemocini(sp?) at the end. You can get a great meal at alot of places, but the service here sets it apart. Love the atmosphere too. Lights are dimmed and cozy. I can't wait to go back. I'll add Christinis to list of places to go to for special occasions. Warning- NOT CHEAP. Go to Olive Garden if you want cheap. “We dined here for our anniversary dinner and were pleasantly impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. It wasn’t formal as they are at Del Frisco’s but they let you know they were there. Even the managing partner, Philip and the manager, Jeff introduced themselves. We had the price fixe Land and Sea and opted for a tomahawk ribeye which was done as I prefer with little seasoning and salt. The mushroom bisque soup was flavorful. Our waitress, Dana was attentive and professional. I would definitely come back because Del Frisco’s will probably cost us twice as much.“

“We had a bit of an unexpected delay during our visit—we arrived at 3:00 pm, but due to an error on the restaurant's side, our food wasn't served until around 4:00 pm. While the wait was longer than expected, what really stood out was how the staff handled the situation.

The manager was incredibly attentive from the moment they realised the mistake. He checked in on us several times, sincerely apologised, and did everything he could to make things right. Our waitress was equally kind and genuinely apologetic throughout. You could tell they truly cared about our experience.

To top it all off, the manager generously took care of our entire bill, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture.

Most importantly, the food was absolutely worth mentioning. The shrimp tacos were delicious, and the fillet mignon was cooked perfectly. Great food paired with outstanding customer service turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one that left a lasting positive impression.
