“After my wife's surgery follow-up appointment today, she decided on authentic Greek cuisine as her "lollipop" for withstanding more poking & prodding. Curious about how Mykonos/Longwood would stand up to Hellas in Tarpon Springs, we ventured in. Greeted by a smiling employee we were soon seated and looking over the menu. From the time we sat, Morgan our server was excellent. Cheerful, attentive, and very polite, she treated us like we were royalty. Our appetizer was fried zucchini, very good. The rice soup and salad was perfect. When Morgan brought the entrees of lamb chops & pastitsio - we knew we had to order some for the next two days at home! Everything was fantastic. And we didn't have to go to Tarpon Springs! Instead we found our Greek home food, right here in Longwood. Be sure to ask for Morgan! And hats off to the chef!“

“My husband and I went to Fishbones Saturday night 10/12. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We ordered a lobster special and Chillean Sea bass. It was delicious. Warning with add ons. Didn't realize the Cesar salad was an upgrade including anchovies and bacon. The waiter was very attentive.“

Nick welcomed us like family, he was funny, energetic, engaging, and very helpful with our large party (26 people) even after having a long day. Also he served our party all by himself! The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner and it was all correct. The drinks and bread came out so quick and the refills kept coming (I think I drank at least 6 diet cokes and so much bread) all thanks to Nick! “I hosted a private event yesterday for 24 people for Brunch. Truly it was the best private event I have ever hosted. Sydnie, the event coordinator was on top of everything. Very detail oriented. Arranged for me to meet with her to see and discuss table arrangements for guest and server easy access, decor and more. We were able to adjust the menu for our needs, especially providing for a diner with celiac disease. Sydnie went above and beyond setting up decor prior to the event, allowing me more time to actually enjoy the event. Brianna was a big help too! Our servers, David and Charline were so accommodating and smooth in their service. My guests raved about the food. Steaks, eggs cooked perfectly, pastries to die for, perfectly dressed salad, the best fries and biscuits. Rob, at the bar, kept up with all the drink orders. And finally, Jayton, the general manager, made sure we had everything we needed for the perfect event. This team is a true example of hospitality and service! It went so well, I’m still smiling today. If you need to host a private event, this is the place!“

“We have been customers of Carrabba’s for over 25 years, but unfortunately, the lasagna at the Sanford location has changed. Our recent order arrived with almost no pasta, mostly cheese and sauce. The manager kindly replaced it and offered a discount, which we appreciated, but the second lasagna still only had one layer of pasta. This is not about compensation — it’s about consistency and quality. We hope Carrabba’s brings back the lasagna quality we have enjoyed for many years.“

This was our first time ever going to a restaurant this nice, and we chose it to celebrate becoming debt free, so we really wanted the night to be something we'd always remember. We were originally going to be seated in a noisier area, but the hostess noticed and offered to see if she could find us somewhere quieter. She ended up moving us, and we were SO grateful because it made the experience that much more special. Everything was top notch! The steak was the perfect size and cooked perfectly medium rare. The sides were incredible, especially the lobster mac and cheese, which was seriously to die for! The potatoes were delicious, the portions were great, and even the wine and drinks were amazing. From the service to the atmosphere to the food, everything made our debt-free celebration feel incredibly special. This was a night we'll never forget, and Christner's is definitely somewhere we'll be coming back to again one day! ❤️“
