We had an issue previously with our take-out order; We didnt get what we ordered (miscommunication maybe) and one of the items didn’t taste up to par). I called and spoke to the manager Zahra who invited us back so that they can make things right. She was very nice and understanding. We went back and Zahra greeted us and made sure that we ordered and received it in a timely manner. She checked on us also and updated us on our order that was being made. Ashla was absolutely AMAZING! She truly made our experience at Red Lobster so enjoyable from beginning to end. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. We will be back hoping to have her serve us again!! 🩵😊
