Kayci was an amazing server! So friendly and efficient. Made us feel so welcomed!!
Kayci was amazing!! She is so up beat and makes this place feel warm, happy and inviting. She makes you feel like you’ve been friends for a while. She is definitely an amazing asset to this restaurant! I’m visiting from VT and we don’t get service like her!
Kayci was fantastic! One of the best servers I have had. The food also came out quick and was good.

IHOP is a restaurant known for its hearty meals and delicious pancakes. It offers a cozy atmosphere where guests can enjoy American-style breakfast at any hour, even late at night. Popular choices among customers include the steak omelet and the Colorado omelet, which is protein-packed with steaks, bacon, sausages, and cheese. Many find the pancakes to be the highlight of their meal, described as fluffy and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the service is often excellent and fast, making it easy for everyone to order, thanks to the menu's pictures and simple names.
However, the restaurant's popularity, especially near Universal Studios, can lead to long wait times. Some guests have noted that there may only be one or two staff members handling everything, which can slow down service. While the sirloin tips and eggs have been criticized for being a bit lacking, the biscuit sandwich is generally well-received, though some find it too salty. Despite occasional slow service, IHOP remains a good choice for a family meal, offering big portions and a welcoming environment for both breakfast and dinner. Guests have praised servers like Luxavier, Thaddeus, and Kathy for their incredible service, noting their friendliness and attentiveness, which enhances the dining experience.
