TOURISTS BE ALERT!!I wanted to give 10% tip but the waiter (did not remember the name, but it's a male) aggressively pressured me into giving 18% tip.As a tourist who is visiting from the UK being unfamiliar with American culture and out of my comfort zone, the waiter took full advantage of this.It's absolutely disgusting. Do not visit this place, they will take advantage of you.UPDATE:I've received a reply from the owner of the restaurant and does not care at all. Very patronising.Would never visit this restaurant again.I recommend you to visit Denny's who offer a better customer service.

Restaurant was busy when we got there, and we were seated all the way in the back and the a/c was blasting at the direction of our table so it was freezing. Service was ok and my omelet was good up until I got halfway eating it. I found something weird in it that looked like a part of a cockroach leg?? It surely wasn't a hair. Our waitress took it back and had them make a new one. The newly made omelet had the same issue (with the weird looking insect leg). At first I thought it was just part of the spinach, but I have cooked spinach before and it has never had that in it. I had lost my appetite by that point. They took my meal off the bill, but I am not sure what it really was, nor do I want to know. Just be cautious when dining here.

Was quick at finding us a table for 7 quick service of food and drinks, but the attitude of Kathy was very rude, we had paid her cash for the order and within the money there was a few dollars change for a tip for her but she approached us and said there wasn't enough money there, so she recounted it and realised there was 2 $20 stuck together but she still proceeded to say what nothing there for me in a very rude and abrupt way. There was money there for her tip but clearly that was not enough for her, my partner felt pressured into giving her more money so he gave her more. It has totally put us off wanting to go here again incase she is our server again, we loved the food and the rest of the atmosphere in the place just a shame she had to spoil it.

I stop by to have lunch todaythe food was not great,at the time to pay my checkI gave my Credit card to the serverShe have me waiting for 10 minutesto finally inform me that the machine orher system was not working and I have can pay by cashor zelle.I was done already with the waiting time, very unacceptableI paid by Zelle to the server personal account.this is bad IHOP,I left in such a bad mood, disappointed.Fix the payment machines systems. ASAP.

I ordered off the 55+ menu, and it was plenty of food. Our waiter was running the whole place and still had time to give us individual service and attention. The only downside we had was a loud group of noisy teenagers, but that wasn't his fault. They had no manners.

My recent experience at this ihop was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was appalled by the dirty and disorganized state of the establishment. There was a mess of people waiting, with nowhere to sit due to the lack of chairs. The customer service was abysmal. When we requested to change our pancakes for waffles, we were abruptly told it wasn't possible, despite it being a common request at other IHOP locations. Additionally, I asked for three plates, not expecting a separate plate for my two-year-old, as I usually share with him. However, the lady serving us made a disrespectful comment to my child, implying there was 'nothing for him' when she brought the plates. This level of rudeness and inflexibility left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this establishment.

Dariel totally changed my opinion about this IHop, I have had 3 bad experiences before. Today, food was great and service even better, I had a crazy order with a lot of specs, and Dariel was very accommodating. the food was great, timely, and correct. Would definitely return plus great location minutes from the airport ?.
