The food was fine, but the service was poor. The soda machine had no ice, and the soda came out warm. The staff didn't care. I ordered dine-in, but got no plasticware, no plates; when I asked for plates they gave us fry boxes to use. But only after giving attitude and saying to wait. Tables were all diirty (not bussed), and dining area floors were filthy.Not impressed with the customer service or site management. I walked in ready to be annoyed because it’s international drive. It’s always annoying but the kids wanted KFC and to my surprise the customer service was amazing and the food was fresh. The restaurant was amazingly clean. I’m truly impressed.Parking: They were pretty busy so the parking lot being full was expected but the people were in and out so fast that the parking opened up fairly quickly.

The service was very very bad, there was a lady who looked like the manager or something like that and she told me in poorly spoken English how it is a tourist area and the majority do not speak English at all, they take advantage of it and even speak badly of people and that day they wanted to mistreat me like that and Well, they told me I paid in cash at the kiosk and I didn't know and it took me about half an hour until I got there and asked and several times they didn't charge...read full review
