Ordered the Tuesday $10 8 piece bucket extra crispy - after waiting about 4 minutes my name was called to be told it’ll 14 minutes for the extra crispy chicken - I thought this was fast food anyway I waited and we’ll all I can say is if KFC is supposed to have 11 special spices 10 of these must have been missing, it hands down was the worst tasteless KFC I have ever had in the world of if I had been blindfolded and tasted the food I wouldn’t have even known what the hell it was !
Very bad service... on two occasions they did not want to serve us since it was time to be in service yet... little empathy or desire to serve... a shameful trip to the US and I could not eat KFC... very disappointed.

If I could I would put 0 stars. The lady at the cash register start to scream to everybody they were closed at 10pm even if we were ordering at the totem inside entered a 9.50. Then online it say is open until 11 pm. Very rude and extremely loud. Zero stars!!!! She liked out at leat 10 people.

Was incredibly disappointed with our visit to this KFC, the food was overcooked and cold and when we asked for the items that were missing from our order we received a rude unhelpful response and attitude from the staff member. I wouldn’t advise anyone to visit here, a complete waste of money!

The food was fine, but the service was poor. The soda machine had no ice, and the soda came out warm. The staff didn't care. I ordered dine-in, but got no plasticware, no plates; when I asked for plates they gave us fry boxes to use. But only after giving attitude and saying to wait. Tables were all diirty (not bussed), and dining area floors were filthy.Not impressed with the customer service or site management. But again, food was good.Time of dining = 8:45pm, Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

This place has the worst costumer service ever. I’ve had order from this KFC ?location International Drive a couple times and EVERYTIME I pulled up to the drive through to pick up my order they literally asked me to go inside and pick it up myself. You have to come inside and pick up your order. But the order is just sitting there, why not to hand it? They’re not even busy. They’ll sound and look like they hate their job. If they’re out of something they will just give you something else without asking you, if you’re okay with the substitution. Almost like you’re asking them to give you free food so you get wherever (old, overcooked food).Never again, do yourself a favor and go to Vineland or Kirkman location ?
