I highly recommend this establishment. I'll start by saying that it's a food truck. At least that where they worked out of the day I visited. I ordered the full slab of ribs and a side of lemon pepper chicken wings. The (I'm assuming) owner, asked me if I wanted the entire slab for myself. Lol.. I told him yes, I'm on a low carb diet. I honestly don't know where to start! I ordered a half rack of ribs with two sides those sides being seafood rice and mac & cheese! Get the hot bbq...so much flavor in that sauce. The Mac and Cheese was average, but baby the seafood rice! Back to the ribs, best ribs I've had in orlando...hands down!

Got off the plane and wanted ribs. For 3 people got a 1/2 slab hot, rib tips mild, and fries. The pineapple lemonade was also refreshing. These ribs were delightful right off the bone.We also got butter pecan cupcakes from the dessert table next door. Really completed the entire meal. Still full after a few hours.Definitely will make it out here again
