“We already love Shin Jung, but, sadly, we aren’t there as often as I’d like. The food is fantastic, atmosphere is casual but comfortable and the service is friendly and efficient. I had the Dolsot Bibimbab served in a steaming, sizzling hot pot—beef, mushrooms, sprouts, cucumbers and shredded g carrots and radish. It was delicious on its own but adding the table sauces made it sing. Along with entrees comes a variety of Korean sides as is typical for this cuisine. It included, fish cakes, potato salad, paper thin sliced pickled radish and three Kimchi preparations—classic cabbage, as well as cubes of cucumber and radish. If the food wasn’t enough, our server, Julianna, made our lunch all the more pleasurable with her sweet demeanor and friendly nature. And it wasn’t just us. We watched how she served other diners with the same affable, yet professional treatment. Remember when I said we don’t get there very often? Well, when we walked in, Julianna (without knowing us at all) greeted us like we were regulars coming in for the hundredth time. “It’s a food court but there isn’t enough seating, pretty loud and no one cleans the tables. We were lucky to get a high top, food did take a bit of time. We ordered the char sui, 1/2 roast duck, pan fried pork dumplings and beef chow fun. I went to check on our order, they only had the fried dumplings but let me grab them so we could start eating, as the rest of the food was prepared.
They were the best dumplings I’ve had in a long time! Skin is thin, overstuffed with flavorful pork W/O lots of cheap fillers, accompanied with chili oil and dumpling sauce 5/5.
Char sui even though I asked for a fatty piece was pretty lean and good flavor but a bit dry 3/5. Roast duck had a strange red hue but the flavor was outstanding, perfect blend of spices and moist 5/5. Beef chow fun was pretty good but slightly dry and lacked oil.

“I am so happy that my favorite tofu stew place was open for lunch. Got to see Cherry and her sons who are the owners. Kevin, Jericho and Jerome are the three brothers that run this place. They are the nicest family run restaurant. I love how generous they are and how hard they work everyday. I’ve frequent here with my family for awhile. They have the best tofu soup. I always go with the assorted tofu soup and their popular stone bowled bibim bop. They also have really good galbi (marinated steak) and variety of side dishes. All their veggies are fresh and their dishes are authentic Korean. I love it so much! Thank you for making my day!“

“This Volcano Hot Pot and BBQ was the best our family has been too. The service today was impeccable. The food was fresh. The selection was large and they did not rush us or freeze us out. Even when there were some rude patrons, the team worked together to make sure everyone had what they needed. The sweet tea was not diabetic. The food was flavorful. They did not let our paper burn or our soup burn. This is by far was the best hot pot experience we have had yet!“

“Gatorland We were looking for something different than our normal routine to do that wouldn’t cost us an arm and a leg, so obviously we chose to immerse ourselves among thousands of gators! As soon as I walked into Gatorland, I was impressed. I was so pleasantly surprised to see the design and layout of this land of gators and other critters. It was so non-Disney/non-commercial… a refreshing atmosphere for a tourist town. The prices were so reasonable, and even the extra add-ons were affordable. We chose the petting zoo, the capybara encounter, and the tortoise feeding experiences. The fact that the long-legged birds walk around the gators or even hitch a ride on them blows my mind! I wanted to ask somebody if a bird ever got eaten by mistake lol, but apparently they feel comfortable enough to be so close to the gators it’s worth risking their lives for some easy food. One of the coolest things we saw was the alligator from one of our favorite movies, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom!! The gators truly have it made here on the expensive property. I was really impressed by that. I really loved meeting Dean, the 111-year-old tortoise. He was so cool and loved being pet. I feel like that was such a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for us. I also thought the food stand provided us a great afternoon meal, and the gift shop was also pretty cool! We left with our traditional souvenir magnet! The one thing I was disappointed in was the capybara encounter, for a couple of different reasons. In our group were two overbearing loud boys who although really loved the capybaras, but really stole from our daughter’s experience and our time with the capybaras The parents just stood there and let them take all of our time. Although it’s a 12 minute experience, you don’t actually get 12 minutes with the capys because some of that time is taken up by the keepers giving you instructions. For a group of 10 or more there were only two capys to feed cucumbers to so you can imagine it was hard to get our turn with them. Once we got our turn, the keepers were telling us we needed to leave. The third capybara wanted nothing to do with it and went to cool off in the water as he should have. I think they can do a better job with this experience and I hope they do expand it and improve for future families. With that being said, this was one of our favorite activities we did during our week in Florida! We avoid the theme p“

“Ordering was easy. Got the grilled pork, rice, beans, maduro & avocado. Food was ready on time. Meat was grilled and was well seasoned. Reason for 4 stars, meat fried out by the time i got home 10 mins later, and beans didn't have much flavor. I'll be back to try some other food, based on the meat. It was definitely grilled, you can taste it.“

The portion sizes are huge, the meat is always so tasty and tender, and the service is always above any other Korean BBQ ive ever been with. We dont even live in Orlando but we keep coming back here everytime we make the trip.

“Just did my first group dinner at Fishbones in Lake Mary since February! Service, food and ambiance just as great as I remembered. Covid friendly with lots of precautions to keep everyone safe. I will definitely be coming back😷🍷“

“We were there to meet a friend for lunch. We arrived 30 minutes after opening, so not crowded at all.
Welcoming atmosphere with prompt seating. Didn't like being seated right by the kitchen when there was so much open seating available. Only saving grace was the kitchen was not very loud at all which helped with conversation.
The server was very nice as she allowed us plenty of time to reconnect without constantly wanting to take our order. The food selection was good without being overly done. Prices were reasonable for one of the larger chain steak houses.
We all ordered steaks, which were well prepared. The exception was my wife's which was slightly under done. She enjoyed her brussel sprouts for an appetizer. The other two steaks were spot on and all three were very well seasoned and tasted fantastic.
The noise level never got loud enough to interfere with conversation which was really appreciated.
A well spent lunch with good food. Would definitely go back again.“
