“Food is amazing every time we come here! It’s in avalon if you are ever in the area and if not it’s definitely worth the trip! Jerk chicken bowl, jerk chicken & jerk ribs combo with rice and beans with sweet plantains and loaded tostones everything was TO DIE FOR ? guava cheesecake A-mazing !?? as well as their home made habanero pepper sauce“
“This was our first time at Bahama Breeze and our family had a great experience!! Our server helped out with our requests and each of our kids got exactly what they ordered. The restaurant wasn’t too hot or too cold so we were able to wait for our meals without shivering or sweating. Our kids love the burgers, coconut shrimp, and Cuban sandwiches. Overall great experience for mom and dad and five kids!Kid-friendliness: Our kids aren’t picky eaters, but the have likes and dislikes. Our server brought out several sauce and salad dressing options and put in a request to the kitchen that all the burgers come separately from the toppings. The aioli sauce that came with the coconut shrimp tacos was so good, our oldest son needed another dish of sauce. Our server, Camelia, made our lunch the best ever!“
“We have used Mario twice and will be using him again for future parties! Our wedding guests can not stop talking about the food. Even his presentation added a special touch to our wedding. Highly recommend! Meatballs. Shrimp and grits. Lamb and salmon did not disappoint!“
“This was my first time here. The music was a vibe and my waiter, Andre, was very nice. I had the jerk chicken, which was good tbh. Only thing I would’ve wanted more of was sauce on my chicken just for preference. Overall I would come back whenever I do return to Orlando.“
“I believe my waiter's name was Ralph and he did an awesome awesome job. Stayed on top of our drinks and made sure we had any questions and actually made suggestions to us for dinner that always goes a long way with me. The ribs were so meaty we ended up taking a half a rack home and I'll definitely be back again when I'm in Orlando!!!“
“Best PR food in Orlando! Nice place, great prices for the quantity and the flavor is exquisite. I always have mofongo but today I ordered Chinese rice and I don’t regret it(best of the best ??) And they’re always nice with clients! Hope you guys continue with that great food and customer service 5⭐️“
“It was my first time eating at Kalalou and it was a great experience celebrating my fathers’ birthday. Our server Olivia was amazing! She checked up on us periodically and made sure we have everything we needed! Good job Olivia! My family and I will definitely come back.“
“This place is absolutely fire and an insanely good deal. Huge platter of food + ceviche + drink + 20% tip < $18. All of it tastes amazing. Barely ever write reviews but this place is awesome. Menu is hard to read so just point at what you want.“
“I'm a truck driver and whenever I deliver to FL. I go to Caribbean restaurants. This was by far my favorite me and my wife really enjoyed it. The flavor of the food was amazing. We got jerk chicken and and oxtails rice and peas with gravy. It was so good I'm back here the morning after typing this!!“
“My BFF came here for happy hour and our server, Kaidan (apologies for misspelling) was fantastic!!! We sat outside, weather was perfect, food was amazing and the beer was cold!! Such a perfect evening with super amazing friendly service from our server to the food expo was friendly!! Everyone was happy to help and show their appreciation! Thank you Bahama Breeze staff for making my friend and my night together extra special!!“
“5 stars all the way around. Food was DELICIOUS, drinks were made right, staff was attentive. Fair prices ? so happy we tried this restaurant.. we got the chicken tostones, jerk shrimp pineapple bowl, carribean red snapper and a margarita flight“
“Came here for dinner one night during our stay and the food was great. We asked to be seated outside so our server was the bartender who did a great job!Had the wings for an appetizer and they were quite good. The only complaint with dinner was the steak…it was a bit tough. We had a an enjoyable time enough to come back the day we were leaving for breakfast. We skipped the buffet and ordered a la carts.Everyone enjoyed the last meal at Universal.“
“So impressed with the food , service and prices ! I ordered the Goat soup omg , it was amazing !! Please look at my pictures . The brown stew fish was superb !! I will be a loyal customer! So happy I stopped and saw your Goat sign in front of your door !! 10 out of 10 ??“
“I loveeeeee me a good drag show! Everything went smooth as far as getting reservations. Parking is a little hard to find unfortunately but we ended up finding a lot we paid $10 to park. When we got there it did take a little bit to get greeted by our server but they all were super apologetic. I loved how all the staff worked together to make sure all tables were tended to. Everyone loved their food. I unfortunately didn't get my food due to the kitchen running out of what I ordered but that was ok. I'm came into this knowing how this goes so I understood it was a chance to not get what I wanted. I do think the menu needs a little updating to more simplified dishes but they had a few great choices nonetheless. The show was great. The main queen did seem a little exhausted but she was still great. We absolutely loved the other two girls and their acts. Just an overall fun time!“
“The food here was amazing. Jerk pork was phenomenal but the beed patty.....? omg the beef patty was spot on. Also the Mac n cheese was fantastic. Don't let the Gas station fool you. This food is authentic and taste home cooked nit like some other fast food Caribbean spots.“
“First I want to say that the service in this restaurant is incredible! All the staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, everything was on point, the flavor, temperature and presentation of the dishes was 10/10.Today I came with my family and we tried Pargo, Entraña, Churrasco, Ceviche and brownie with ice cream, I can't tell you how delicious everything was.“
“They came down from Brooklyn! Carribbean inspired dishes that taste great! Nice and friendly staff. Awesome, freshly cooked rotis! Just had their jerk chicken and it was amazing! And they do catering and have a beautiful party room and outdoor area!“
“Went to go donate plasma at BioLife and needed a quick bite. Found this place right around the corner of the building and man am I glad I stopped by.Didn't catch the dudes name that was up front, but he was awesome. Bald bearded dude like myself. Told him about my gastric surgery and he was happy to help me pick out something. LOVED the curry chicken and jerk chicken.Definitely making this place a regular stop!“
“listen this was the best food i've had while visiting orlando!!! i was looking for someplace open late besides fast food. wasn't expecting it to be this good, yet it was amazing. i didn't get a picture of it before i started eating but this is after i stuffed myself silly. i had the goat with rice and plantians. my friends had the red snapper and it too was outstanding (i tried it myself).“
“I got the Vegan Ackee and Calaloo Meal with tossed salad, cabbage and rice & peas. It was very, very delicious. The cabbage was the best I ever had. The food was hot and fresh. My girlfriend enjoyed her jerk chicken as well. I will definitely come back for more vegan ackee and cabbage!!!!!“
“This is not an authentic Jamaican restaurant. However, the food was actually pretty good. I ordered the Oxtail, and it was tender and nice. They had me holding the bone and everything, lol. The atmosphere was good too. I loved the ambiance and decor. The waitress was also very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend trying them out.“
“During Thanksgiving, I didn’t have time to cook Haitian Mac and cheese for a Friendsgiving, and thankfully they were able to provide a 1/2 platter hot and ready within hours. I was beyond happy with how inexpensive it was as well as delicious, and the service was great as well.“
“Amazing! The chef / owner has fantastic customer service. While I was waiting for my food to finish, I was offered samples of other foods to try. The inside seating is about 6 chairs at the bar plus a few chairs around the pool table. Seems to be a bar / pool hall that was converted to a restaurant. Plays hip hop / pop music at a medium level. You get to watch your food cook right in front of you. Btw, the owner is from the US Virgin Islands. My food was so good. My life is complete. Haha. I’m glad there are some thriving business in Parramore. I’ll admit, the area was a little sketchy but there’s street parking directly in front of the restaurant so I didn’t have to walk far from my car.“
“A blend of BBq and Caribbean?!? Yes please! This is my favorite Caribbean spot in town! I try to stop in here at least once a month. Their jerk chicken is some of the best I've had! It's very saucey, which I like. I get it with rice and peas and hush puppies - but they have a lot of side options. Parking is easy and service is always friendly. I just wish they offered beer! If you want some good bbq or Caribbean, definitely check this place out!“
“So glad I found out about this place! I got the chicken, Mac & cheese, and djon djon rice, and it was all so delicious and flavorful. If you’re thinking about trying this place, do it. The people were friendly too! Will definitely be back.“
“Wife and I had the Taste of Jamaica appetizer, Oxtail Stew with rice and peas and a side of cabbage all delicious. . Coconut bread was delicious too. We had very good service as well even though she was bartending also. First time but will definitely be back.“
“I had actually never heard of this restaurant before one of my friends brought me here for dinner one night! It’s at Disney’s Old Key West Resort and if you know Disney, everything has a back story. Rhe theming of this restaurant is all about being in Old Key West, from the mismatched furniture and silverware, to the colors and food style. The prime rib is wonderful and the cost isn’t insanely high compared to other Disney dining experiences. This is a great, underrated restaurant for sure.“
“I found Caribbean Sunshine Bakery while searching for a soul food restaurant since I was visiting from Philly. It's has a beautiful atmosphere and the food was perfect. Especially the fried red snapper and cabbage. I will definitely visit again when I'm in town.“
“This is an IYKYK kind of location lol, from the outside you can't tell the greatness but once you step in... just know you're gonna have some of the BEST virgin Island food of your life! The patties.... the PATTIES... unmatched! Literally the best patties I've ever had in my life! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They have fresh juice as well!“
“Owner was super nice, friendly, and enthusiastic about his food. We came to dine in, and it was well worth the wait. The chicken tasted so fresh and flavorful, I haven’t had BBQ like that in a long time. The sides were amazing, and the portion size was more then enough for the price, my family was completely full after eating. After a full day at Universal, this is the place to eat!!“
“One of my favorite after church spots around! From the fried catfish to the fabulous oxtails, I have always had a good food experience, except last Sunday when I tried the chicken wings. Now I have to admit the fried wings were fine. It was the jerk sauce they added to the wings that was no bueno! The sauce was more bbq sauce tasting than any kind of jerk seasoning I have ever had. They quickly fried up a fresh order for me, plain of course, and I again was a happy customer! The service is always polite and friendly. I will continue my patronage and working my way thru the menu!Vegetarian options: Cabbage, greens, string beans, pinto beans, corn, black eye peasParking: Only about 4 or 5 spots available right off the street and can be difficult to get during peak hours.Wheelchair accessibility: None to speak of“
“All on the menu is great at the Nova Rd. location in Daytona Beach.I'm from New York and it was hard to find a Caribbean restaurant with spices used straight from Jamaica. Miss Rose and her son Jordan are the best. Pleasant and kind atmosphere. Food always fresh. Jerk chicken is my favorite. Look out for the sour sop drink about to hit the menu I'm so excited I've eaten there about 3 times this week. Oh and of course the rice and peas is on point don't forget little oxtail gravy over it lol.“
“Came here for lunch on a cold day in Orlando. I was looking for some fresh authentic Caribbean soup. They have different types of soups on different days. I went on a Tuesday and they happen to have chicken soup which was really delicious. It was not salty, not spicy. It had lots of veggies lots of broth. I ordered the small and it was fairly large for one person.I would go back and try some other soups in addition to some meats they had some fresh looking sides, and there was not much of a wait.“
“I never care to review any places, but this is my favorite spot in all of America, so I want them to improve! Food is always amazing, but some days customer service is great, other days is just horrible! I ordered my food 20 minutes prior so that it would be ready for me, upon arrival, cashier informed me that she gave my food to someone else since I didn't come right away. I agree to wait another 20 minutes so they would prepare my food, half an hour later, I was obliged to leave the store and go eat somewhere else. This isn't the first time this happen. I hope management address this issue asap so it doesn't happen again! My fav spot always“
“If you are checking out a show at Level 13 and feel your stomach growlin’ at you for not eating all day before the big show, then stop here!! I had such a good experience at this cute little food truck.I got the fish fry special! I said see you later vegetarian ways I’m eating deep fried fish from a food truck in Orlando! WOW! The tilapia was incredible! The batter was seasoned perfectly! A nice blend of flavors. It also came with these things called “festivals” it’s like a deep fried dough. Incredible!!Also, side note, the head chef has a secret spicy sauce. Ask him about it!!!Definitely worth a stop. Super happy to have made it. Shout out to the wonderful people in the truck making magic happen. They also cater events if you are looking!!Vegetarian options: Veggie patty! Mac and cheese!Parking: Lots of space!! Easy in and out!Wheelchair accessibility: It was a food truck in an open parking lot!“
“I had dinner here and overall it was good. It is a tapas style restaurant. However, the jerk chicken and the curry goat were pretty big portion which was awesome. I am from Miami so the arroz con pollo was not to my liking. The drinks were also great. I had the rum flight and it was absolutely sensational.Parking: The restaurant is located inside of a hotel. So the hotel parking garage is used.“
