I recommend this hotel but not Amatista’s Cookhouse. My family was very disappointed. We ordered a whole rotisserie chicken that cost $50. We expected the chicken to feed three people. We were shocked to see the size of the chicken that was brought to our table as it was extremely small. Not only was the chicken tough to break apart to put on our plates, but it was also hollow in the middle, lacking meat. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this resort. It was dog friendly which was extremely helpful. The resort, amenities, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor and very impressive pool with a slide. I loved the water taxi to take up to Universal. Highly recommend.
We were here during Memorial Day weekend as it was also my wife's birthday. We stayed at the resort for a couple of days for the first time, as we have always wanted to stay here, and they did not disappoint.
