I recommend this hotel but not Amatista’s Cookhouse. My family was very disappointed. We ordered a whole rotisserie chicken that cost $50. We expected the chicken to feed three people. We were shocked to see the size of the chicken that was brought to our table as it was extremely small. Not only was the chicken tough to break apart to put on our plates, but it was also hollow in the middle, lacking meat. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this resort. It was dog friendly which was extremely helpful. The resort, amenities, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor and very impressive pool with a slide. I loved the water taxi to take up to Universal. Highly recommend.
Went here for dinner around 8pm after getting back from the parks. The atmosphere is amazing and very comfortable. Service was ok, but incredibly slow. We kept looking around for our waiter to make an order, and or entree (Steak) arrived 1 hour after we ordered and already had our appetizers boxed up and ready to go.
