When we visit Universal, this is our first choice for accommodations. The staff are exceptionally helpful, kind, and patient. The bedrooms are comfortable, clean, and beautifully quiet. I especially enjoy how easy it is to navigate. My favorite thing to do after the parks is to come back and take a nice shower, then lounge in the gorgeous courtyard. We don’t spend any time at the pool, but it’s beautiful and appears well maintained. 10/10!!
Loved our stay at this resort! The service was impeccable and check-in was quick and easy and the leis were a nice touch. We especially loved the water taxi service right to CityWalk/park entrances and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The Express Unlimited passes included were a must and allowed us to avoid the long lines at the parks. Definitely came in handy! The pool is very nice as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
We had an amazing time, the boat ride at night was one of my favorite parts.

The water taxi services to the Universal parks are entertaining, thanks to the skippers, and the pool area is perfect for kids, with attentive lifeguards and servers.
While the resort may show some signs of age, the overall experience remains top-notch, highlighted by a gorgeous lobby, a fantastic sushi restaurant, and kind employees. The themed environment is beautiful but not overwhelming, creating a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The location allows visitors to see the rides from the hotel, and they can easily walk or take a 10-minute boat ride to CityWalk and the park entrances.
