Bayliner Diner Reviews
Surprisingly some of the best, most affordable food we had during our vacation.
Regular at Universal. Already ate half the food as the portion was huge. Depends on time of day vs freshness. This employee, Fabien, is their most thorough, friendly employee that takes care of the seating area. Have seen him work on numerous trips. Anyway, pay attention to portions coming out of the diner as you can share many of the meals
Food was great with decent prices but the place is plastered with ai pictures. The rest of the hotel is amazingly themed but the ai really takes you out of it. Disappointing to see from a company that absolutely has the money for a photographer or artist.

Bayliner Diner, located inside the hotel, offers a variety of food options with several stations to choose from. The dining experience is enhanced by vintage animations on the screens and a 50s-themed decor. The atmosphere is cool and fun, making it a great place for families, especially after a day at Universal theme parks. While customers appreciate the home-cooked meal combinations, the quality of the food can be hit or miss. The pizza has an excellent crust, and the chicken tenders and burgers remain popular choices. However, some meals, like the stir-fry, have been described as tasteless. The breakfast kids meals, although abundant, can sometimes include items that are premade and not as fresh. Entrees are generously sized, and sharing is common. The international cafe's dishes, such as beef churrasco and jerk chicken, are highly recommended. The staff's friendliness can vary, with some employees appearing indifferent, and service depends on the day. Pricing is another concern, as meals can be expensive, particularly for families, and customers should double-check their orders to ensure they receive everything they paid for. Overall, Bayliner Diner offers a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, but improvements in food quality and service are needed to fully meet expectations.
