Food was ok but not great and definitely not worth the price. Breakfast dietary restrictions could not be supported at all.Dietary restrictions: Not accommodating. Eggs for breakfast are premade with milk and buttermilk. They are not fresh eggs. They taste like powered eggs. Rotisserie chicken was not fully cooked. Hot butter beer burned wife’s tongue when she went to test how hot it was. Overall I would not recommend breakfast or lunch/dinner
For Harry Potter fans, the restaurant's atmosphere should be worth a visit. The food is good, the menu doesn't have many options.The service wasn't the best, I think maybe due to the number of customers. Could be better.The fact that you can order and pay through the Universal app helps a lot, but exclusivity can be bad for those who don't have internet or don't have the app at the moment.The queue was long, I waited at least thirty minutes to get a table, because I went at 2pm...read full review

Open during early admission although the hot butterbeer wasn't ready yet at opening. Not crowded at this time since almost everyone was at Havrid's or Velocicoaster. Food is expensive but reasonable with annual pass discount and Mardi Gras Food & Beverage gift card. Food was decent but nothing amazing. Ambiance is 100% though and despite a large restaurant, it had an intimate and cozy feeling.
