Potato leek soup arrived room temperature and gloopy, so much so it cast petrificus totalis on the spoon, allowing it to stand upright on its own. (this was not an advertised magical effect and I shudder to think what would happen if this spell took hold inside the body) Fish and chips were just ok, fries were similar to the soup room temp... Leaky cauldron was the superior Wizarding restaurant, hop on the hogwarts express back to London!

The experience was fun, the food was good but the portions were so small we thought we ordered the kids fish an' chips..

Long waiting time for a table was something we expected. Long waiting time for food was not, over forty minutes to get just two plates of fish n chips. Server forgot about us after promising us extra tartar sauce we requested. Never offered water. And at the beginning we asked to be moved because our table had too much A/C blowing on us and they refused citing no other tables when we could obviously see many spots available. Food was surprisingly luke warm after all that wait. If you’re hungry just avoid this place. And just now another server spilled these plates with bones and refuse right next to me, another inch and my pants would have been splattered. Ugh!

We waited an hour for our food and only received the kid's meals and some of our drinks. We checked several times and they kept saying it was coming. We eventually gave up and asked for our money back so we could just leave and get something at a random food place. Would never come back.

Food lacked a lot of appeal. We got the English and Continental breakfasts. The fruit that came with Continental was not fresh and had little flavor/freshness. Eggs tasted like they came from a bag. Rest of the breakfast was ok and atmosphere fine, but nothing to write home about.

The food was mostly pretty good here. The highlight was the apple pie which I would definitely recommend if you dine here. The thing which is unfortunate has to do with how they handle mobile ordering. When it's busy they'll have you stand in a lengthy line just to wait to get inside even after you've already placed your order. This works fine when there is little to no line, but otherwise it is a big waste of time. If it's busy, you can go straight inside to the left and order at the counter which will definitely save you time.

We ate breakfast menu at 10 am but when we got the food we realized no croissant or bread is on the plate. We asked for it but they simply said they run out of it. They gave nothing in exchange. Noone took care that they did not gave what we paid for. We were really disappointed.

I understand, I get it, it's a restaurant in a theme park but if you're going to advertise a "Mushroom Pie Platter" AT LEAST make it an actual pie. The whole Mushroom Pie Platter is a spring salad mix you can find at Walmart with a quarter of a small tomato and generously 2 small slices of cucumber with a small, hand-sized plastic bowl that had lentils soup and a crust lid that tasted like the ibuprofen from my medicine cabinet which was solid like a rock. LIKE ITS NOT EVEN AN ACTUAL PIE!! JUST SAY THAT IT'S LENTILS SOUP WITH AN EDIBLE LID ON IT.The actual mushroom pie did not taste anything like a mushroom pie or even anything like a mushroom soup and had MAYBE 2 mushrooms in there. I don't understand how you could mess up a mushroom pie so badly when you make the Shepherd's Pie normally and even that tasted worse than a frozen pot pie you can buy at the grocery store. If you're going to price your food around $15-$20 you should at least make it worth people's money. Good riddance.

I'm vegan and was very disappointed in the food options at Universal. I got the vegan shepherds pie, and my sister got regular, and the difference was ridiculous. Even my salad was smaller. The potatoes were burnt and lacked flavor, and the inside was basically wet cat food. I couldn't eat it. The best vegan thing I had in the park was the butter beer!

Awesome experience! I’m seeing some mixed reviews, I guess to set the proper expectations, you have to know that you are ordering food from a counter and bringing the meal back to your table. There were five options when we went for breakfast (menu pic added). I see a few reviews mentioning a higher price point, you have to remember that you are at a theme park and you’re paying for an experience. The ambiance, the design, the music, etc. If you’re not excited about eating in the Wizarding World, you might be disappointed, and may want to skip this one, otherwise it might feel like you’re paying $20+ per person to eat at IHOP or Denny’s.I was all-in, I had the Traditional English Breakfast and it was good. Of course you have to get the Butter Beer (at least once). Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. There was no line, we were there early, but I heard it can get out of hand. Send some scouts to go find a table while the rest of you order and wait for your food at the counter. Finding a big booth was awesome. Good times and good memories.

This is my favorite restaurant in Hogsmeade. I love their fish and chips. Service was very fast and convenient because you order through app. Atmosphere is beautiful.

Need to fix the tables outback and so they don’t warble. Fries were served Luke warm and fish was a bit soggy. Portions also seemed smaller than their California counterpart.

Basically if you leave your hotel without breakfast you are completely screwed, as the 3 broomsticks is the only place offering breakfast in the park, and it should be shut down. The service is amongst the worst I have ever experienced (the girls serving the food), and the food quality is just awful. I don’t know where other reviewers here have spent their life eating, but if they think that this place is ok, I can only presume that they live in a cave or a prison, although the food would likely be better if you did.AVOID.

Open during early admission although the hot butterbeer wasn't ready yet at opening. Not crowded at this time since almost everyone was at Havrid's or Velocicoaster. Food is expensive but reasonable with annual pass discount and Mardi Gras Food & Beverage gift card. Food was decent but nothing amazing. Ambiance is 100% though and despite a large restaurant, it had an intimate and cozy feeling.
