Epic universe only !
I’m going to start by saying how excited I was to visit Epic Universe. I even had early admission. We got there, rode Stardust Racers, grabbed something to eat, then headed to the Harry Potter ride. After waiting almost an hour, it broke down.
We moved on to the werewolf ride, waited another hour, and that broke down too.

I was there yesterday. I had been excited to go as I have never been. I purchased a 2day base ticket. We arrived and were treated very rudely by the security; the woman literally said “Jesus, Christ” because people were not fast enough. Then we headed to the park…the ground escalators were all out of order. Once entering the park I was greeted by dingy paint, dirty surfaces and smelly bathrooms (in morning). Awful. Many out of service rides, terrible wait times on the ones that were working. Rides that had a posted wait time of 20 minutes took over 2 hours. Filthy, run down looking and literally smelly park. Rude employees, rude guests. Awful food. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough and literally chose to eat the cost of our second day passes rather than go back there. Will never go again.
