We come here every time we go to Islands of Adventure. We are huge Jurassic Park fans, so this is right up our alley. The food is mediocre honestly. It takes a little while for a quick service and is very chaotic. At least here, though, they have multiple lanes open to order at. The real issue is the seating. People sit while someone else orders their food. So the people with their food have to wait for others to get their food and eat before they can sit to eat the now cold food....read full review
Great restaurant. 10/10 chicken. 10/10 fries. 10/10 milkshakes. The food is particularly good after you’re cold and wet from Jurassic park water ride. Best chicken in universal. Would 100% recommend

Mel's Drive in food was awful. Sandwich and fries obviously sitting there long before I mobile ordered it. The process to collect the mobile order was very disorganized as well. You generally don't expect fine dining with theme park quick service but this was obviously bad.
