“The true definition of don’t judge the book by its cover. Or don’t overlook a restaurant because it might be out of the way or look closed. The open sign is on, go in. A real surprise. Jerk flavors to the max. Friendly owner. Chicken was generously spiced but not overpowering. Jerk sauce was blazing but tolerable. Reasonable prices. Definitely going back.“

“I have been eating here for years. I am so happy to see the dinning room expanding and a bigger social media presence. The food is amazing! The oxtail is by far my favorite dish. The fried cabbage is always perfect. The rice and peas is always moist and perfect. So good!“

“They were so nice. They even carried our plates to the car. We went the day before and the card machine was down and we didn’t have cash. They gave us an order of jerk chicken on the house so we had to go back. I’m so glad we did. In a world where everyone is so mean and selfish it was a blessing to come across such nice gentlemen. The jerk chicken is delicious. I finally had a real patty and it was good. We also had ox tails and curry chicken. Yums. It was lunchtime and there was also a fresh fruit juice truck in the parking lot. It was our best Orlando experience thus far.“

“As a chef and Trinidadian in Orlando, this is the closest I’ve gotten to the food from home. And as a staunch south Trini eating roti in Gasparillo and Penal all my life, it takes A LOT to recommend roti anywhere. The curry beef is spot on and this was the softest and fluffiest paratha I have ever gotten in Orlando. Definitely recommend giving this small family business a try.“

“I got the jerk chicken, rice & peas, and cabbage. The cabbage and jerk chicken were absolutely superb! The jerk chicken is a tad spicy, but it worked well with all the flavors. “Went to go donate plasma at BioLife and needed a quick bite. Found this place right around the corner of the building and man am I glad I stopped by.Didn't catch the dudes name that was up front, but he was awesome. Bald bearded dude like myself. Told him about my gastric surgery and he was happy to help me pick out something. LOVED the curry chicken and jerk chicken.Definitely making this place a regular stop!“

“This is not an authentic Jamaican restaurant. However, the food was actually pretty good. I ordered the Oxtail, and it was tender and nice. They had me holding the bone and everything, lol. The atmosphere was good too. I loved the ambiance and decor. The waitress was also very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend trying them out.“

“I found Caribbean Sunshine Bakery while searching for a soul food restaurant since I was visiting from Philly. It's has a beautiful atmosphere and the food was perfect. Especially the fried red snapper and cabbage. I will definitely visit again when I'm in town.“

“Came here for lunch on a cold day in Orlando. I was looking for some fresh authentic Caribbean soup. They have different types of soups on different days. I went on a Tuesday and they happen to have chicken soup which was really delicious. It was not salty, not spicy. It had lots of veggies lots of broth. I ordered the small and it was fairly large for one person.I would go back and try some other soups in addition to some meats they had some fresh looking sides, and there was not much of a wait.“

“I used delivery app so no idea about restaurant interior. I got a large tofu with rice & peas, plantains, cabbage, boiled banana & sweet potato. The tofu stewed sauce was so good! Plantains were soft and sweet. Happy I took a chance and tried a new place.“

I had such a good experience at this cute little food truck.I got the fish fry special! I said see you later vegetarian ways I’m eating deep fried fish from a food truck in Orlando! WOW! The tilapia was incredible! The batter was seasoned perfectly! A nice blend of flavors. It also came with these things called “festivals” it’s like a deep fried dough. Incredible!!Also, side note, the head chef has a secret spicy sauce. Ask him about it!!!Definitely worth a stop. Super happy to have made it. “I never care to review any places, but this is my favorite spot in all of America, so I want them to improve! Food is always amazing, but some days customer service is great, other days is just horrible! I ordered my food 20 minutes prior so that it would be ready for me, upon arrival, cashier informed me that she gave my food to someone else since I didn't come right away. I agree to wait another 20 minutes so they would prepare my food, half an hour later, I was obliged to leave the store and go eat somewhere else. This isn't the first time this happen. I hope management address this issue asap so it doesn't happen again! My fav spot always“

“When ever in Orlando and I want Oxtail I always come to Golden Krust. Large portions always can eat off of plate multiple times. And can’t forget to get a tropical rhythm drink I always get pineapple Ginger. Festival is also good from here as well as their beef patties.“

“Visited this restaurant on Sunday February 11, 2024 for the first time, l had the tripe and beans. OMG!!!!! I ate the whole box of food, not a grain of rice was left in my box to save a life, mark you, the portions are not small at all. I ate that thing up!!!! The chef stepped out so l did not get a chance tell him what an excellent chef he was. This food, the man dropped his hands into it man. All over restaurants are open BUT this is the RESTAURANT to eat at if you want your money’s worth, good service, clean, good tasting food brethren!!!! Most of the restaurants l go to they are selling salt and sugar, this restaurant you can taste the natural seasoning in the thing man. Big up B&T Jamaican Jerk in Ocoee FL.
