Food is outstanding!! The best oxtail I have had in a long time.
We had an incredible meal. My braised oxtail was presented in slow-cooked excellence and was comfort food at its finest. My wife declared that her jerked chicken was the best she had ever had. After messaging the restaurant in the morning inquiring about what beers they had, the owner offered to buy the beer we wanted. (Miller Lite) When we walked in, there it was in the cooler!
I have gone into the restaurant Oxtail which what are my favorite foods.! You can get the dish with sides 25 dollars then I got lucky I found a listing for just the Oxtail by itself which is what I wanted! I got a loaf of Puerto Rican bread 🍞 from Walmart which was Excellent company to the oxtail. There's enough of an portion for two people if you do it at home with some broad pasta noodles for your favorite pasta from Italy which is usually pail in color indicates good...read full review

Virgin Island Thyme is an awesome restaurant serving authentic V.I. cuisine. The food is amazing every time, with fresh, hot, and delicious meals. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the Chef personally interacts with customers. Located in Avalon, their jerk chicken bowl, jerk chicken & jerk ribs combo are must-try dishes. The oxtail is perfectly braised, and the Mac and cheese is yummy. The portion sizes are amazing, making it worth the price for the flavor of the food. Don't miss their guava cheesecake and homemade habanero pepper sauce! The atmosphere is great, with kind people and good music, adding to the overall experience.
