“Meat n Fire is located in a plaza adjacent to a very busy Publix Plaza.I’ve been here several times and have NO complaints!Well, parking can be a bit sketchy but that’s because the whole plaza is busy.The portions are humongous.The flavors are so good you wont want a napkin because you’ll be licking your fingers!Oh lawdy, the sweet tea is so delicious!!We’ve eaten here for lunch, dinner, small groups and large groups, even picked up meals to go. “Great little breakfast and lunch place! Down home cooking and friendly staff! We have ate both breakfast and lunch over the last couple years when visiting and have not yet found anything we didn’t like!Today we ordered out ribs, green beans and baked potatoes for dinner to eat later. Wow what a great job they did, ribs melted in your mouth! Love this place and DD is an awesome and bubbly waitress too!“

“I just ordered takeout from Jimmy Bear’s based on reviews I found on Google. The staff at this place were just awesome. They define Southern hospitality. They explained what was included with our brisket and chicken dinner orders. They helped us decide what we would need for our family and to be honest the 3 ladies who spoke to us were sweethearts. The food portions were large and it was ready in a short time. The value here is really great. And the food! Delicious. I wish my boys weren’t so wiped from the day because I can imagine that dining here would be like dining at my Mom’s. Thank you for the great food and great service!“

“Went for a birthday get together. 1st time going to a place like this. We had Lee as our wait and he was amazing did a remarkable job in dealing with our groups nonsense and joking around. The salad bar actually had cooked wings,spring rolls, mozzarella sticks and fries. It was a good option while we waited to cook the food at our table. Spicy salmon, garlic shrimp and steak was my choice. Oh and the cheesecake was great as well. But Lee was definitely a great waiter hands-down.“

“It doesn't look like much but.... It was amazing!!The wings were so flavorful and crispy and huge! I've never seen such large chicken wings.The Cuban sandwich was excellent also! The meat was so fresh and tender. The bun was soft and the vegetables were crispy.Wally is a nice guy and he knows what he is doing!Well done Wally!!Note: There are several sitting stations for eating your meal. There are no tables where you face each other, just bar style chairs facing out the windows or to the wall.“

“Yee Haw!!! This is a great place!Conveniently located near our hotel we decided to go for it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were seated quickly and served quickly. The food was bold in its flavoring. I ordered a berry sangria and it was huge. The loaded potato soup was excellent!! I got the 7 pepper sirloin salad, and it was next level good. The steak was seasoned perfectly, and the salad was delicious. We would definitely go back.Parking: No problem parking even though they were pretty busy.“

From the incredibly friendly staff to the spotless cleanliness of the restaurant, everything was top-notch. But what truly stole the show was the food - it looked and tasted really good, add to that the fact that the prices are very affordable. The coffee was amazing and perfectly complemented the meal. The "captain" of our boat was super friendly and very informative and made sure our visit was great, if you plan in visiting this place and going for a boat ride I recommend the night tour it's definitely worth the experience seeing the animals in thier natural habitat you're eye will be scanning non stop!“

“I'm not Spanish, nor have I had much Puerto Rican cuisine. The entire menu is Spanish with no translation, so bring your Google translate. The service was nice and helpful. They were aware we were first timers and made sure we liked the food... which we did! The super combo was generous and tasty, with well-seasoned and juicy chicken, pork, and longaniza. Loved the yuca and rice with pigeon peas. The green banana side is delightfully different. Be sure to ask for their garlic sauce.“

You know the food is good when you're licking every last bit off your fingers, resisting the urge to just use your napkin. My go-to order includes their mouthwatering ribs, brisket, baked beans, and creamy Mac n cheese. A combination that never lets me down. The star of the meal that makes it everything , is their signature BBQ sauce. It's the only sauce I get to make up my meal. I have done pick up and I've dined inside. The service is amazing. The workers made sure to check up on my family and I occasionally making sure everything is alright with our meal. When doing pick up, even late at night, they manage to make my order asap and it still tastes exceptional. This is definitely the place to go if you feel for some finger-licking good BBQ.“

“The best BBQ ever. The pulled pork and smoked turkey sandwiches are 10 out of 10 the bbq baked beans are a perfect 10 as well. I have lived in many places all over the USA and I’m still comparing local BBQ to Fat Boys. IMO Nothing compares to them, and no one comes close.“
