“Very cozy, I loved all the pictures of old southern BBQ's. Reminded me of Florida in the 1950's. My wife loved the food, if you can satisfy my wife you are doing it correctly. I loved the food also. I know we will be back. You are now our go to when in the area.“

“We enjoyed our experience at Ovations. Pleasantly surprised with the crab cakes. We're a little fussy with crab cakes having enjoyed them in MD for many years. But these were loaded with crab meat! The Thursday smoked prime rib was good. Definitely recommend the horseradish sauce to accompany. Steph did a wonderful job of keeping our drinks topped up and removing plates.“

“We visited LongHorn Steakhouse for dinner and had a good meal overall.
It is a comfortable, casual place to eat, with a decent atmosphere and friendly service. The food was enjoyable and good value for the price, especially if you want a straightforward steakhouse-style dinner without anything too fancy.
Everything was perfectly decent and we had no major complaints. It was a good experience rather than an outstanding one, so 4 stars feels about right.“

“If you haven’t tried Just Smoke & Things yet, you’re seriously missing out. The food is amazing—some of the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. The brisket is tender, flavorful, and cooked just right, and the mac and cheese is absolutely top-tier comfort food. Everything tastes like it’s made with care and real passion. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re craving some legit BBQ!“

“This was hands down the best barbecue/soul food I’ve had in a long time. The wings are perfectly crispy but slightly smoky and I’m not sure the sauce but it’s a good balance of heat and sweet. The bbq chicken was moist but still had a great smoke and the sauce paired was excellent. The sides though are a show stopper, we went back for extra greens because they reminded us of our grandmother. My husband that doesn’t like beans loved these. And the Mac and cheese…. So gooey and just delicious. My wallet might be in danger. 🤣“

“I visit Sonny's in Haines city regularly and am very pleased with the variety, taste, and flavors of all the food items. Their specials are well worth it. One particular server, Ms. Mary Rose, is noticeably courteous, and goes the "extra mile" to make meal time a pleasure. Her attentive hospitality should be recognized and rewarded.“

“My son and I visited Cooter’s Smokehouse for the first time last week. Everything was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t going to order dessert because I was stuffed, however the banana bread was too tempting to pass up. I’m so happy I ordered it, it was delicious. I am so happy we finally stopped by and now we have found our forever bbq spot.“
