“I ordered our Thanksgiving meal from 4 Rivers this year. Everything was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, and they even loaded it in the car for me. The service was great, and the staff were friendly. The food was amazing! The reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the way the food was packaged. I knew it would need to be re-heated, and they provided good instructions, but everything came in sealed plastic bags. I was expecting it to be in containers that could be placed directly in the oven, so at the last minute, I had to scrounge around & find 8 of my own Corning ware dishes, pots & pans for heating it all. Then I had to cut all the bags open & pour & squeeze the food out. It took a little more time & effort than I thought it would, but everyone enjoyed the food.“

“I would like to take a moment to recognize Carolina for providing one of the best dining experiences I have had in a very long time at LongHorn Steakhouse.

From the moment we were seated, Carolina was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had an enjoyable experience. Her level of service went far beyond what I would normally expect from a server.

Carolina consistently checked on our table throughout our entire meal without ever making us feel rushed or forgotten. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked on the food after it arrived, and even took the time to make sure that everything tasted exactly the way it should. That extra attention really made a difference.

Our food came out incredibly quickly, and everything was handled with such professionalism. Carolina stayed attentive even though she clearly had other tables and responsibilities to manage. She somehow managed to make us feel like we were her most important customers, and that says a lot about the kind of person and employee she is.

What impressed me most was that her service never felt forced or like she was simply doing her job. She was genuinely pleasant, personable, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure our meal was delicious and that we were comfortable throughout our visit.

People are often quick to complain when they receive poor service, but I believe it is just as important to recognize someone when they do an exceptional job. Carolina deserves to know that her hard work, positive attitude, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Please make sure Carolina receives the recognition she deserves. Employees like her are a tremendous asset to your restaurant. Her professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to taking care of her customers are exactly what exceptional customer service should look like.

“I enjoyed a spectacular 22 oz. steak with splendid sides; I ordered the Longhorn porterhouse, which comes with two sides of your preference. I requested that the steak be parmesan-crusted and asked the waiter to help choose the best way to have it cooked, since I had not had this cut of steak before. The waiter suggested medium was best so the steak remained juicy, tender, and flavorful. The two sides I chose were the fresh steamed asparagus and the crispy Brussels sprouts. The beverage I had with my food was an unsweetened raspberry tea and lemonade mix. I drank two glasses before my food arrived to wake me up. The drinks were a perfect 50/50 blend of both flavors each time, which was certainly impressive. The waiter was quick to notice and provide a refill as well when I had finished a drink, making it seem as if I had not even touched it. The waiter's suggestion of having the steak cooked medium was a perfect recommendation. The steak was super savory and tremendously tender. It was my first time having a porterhouse cut and my first time trying it parmesan-crusted. For a first time, it was a remarkably fantastic experience. I added salt and pepper along with some hot sauce to spice up the steamed asparagus, since it was a bit bland. The crispy Brussels sprouts were a delight in themselves. The sweetness from the honey was just the right amount, and the smokiness was not at all overpowering. I could have kept eating the Brussels sprouts alone, since they had such a satisfying flavor profile of smoky, sweet, and crispy. All in all, the service was super satisfactory from a friendly, kindhearted, caring, compassionate gentleman, and the food was extremely enjoyable, especially having a first-time steak cut I had never tried be so flavorful. I highly recommend this Longhorn Steakhouse.“
