First time at the Joinery with my Dad & this was the best gluten free option. Everyone was pleasant & helpful. Dad had the Brisket sandwich with beef tallow fries. Our group tried the Blue Dogs ribs, fries and brisket tonight with a side of potato salad and beans. Everyone was ranting and raving about the different dishes. Nothing but lip smacking praise from all! Personally my grandson and I had the ribs. Tender and well seasoned. The sauce has a great pepper component that is a taste surprise and excellent flavor. Meaty and filling. Definitely have this place on our radar in the future!
