After a not so good experience, recently, I posted a not so wonderful review.
In John's defense, he was out of town and didn't know about it, until he read my review.
He was not happy about it, and offered to make it right. He replaced my meal, and promised the issue would never happen again.
I believe that is how a good business operates. I will definitely keep Beef O Brady's as one of my favorite places to eat.

The butter chicken was perfectly balanced — creamy, mildly spiced, and incredibly tender. “Plain, non-garish exterior. Nice, well-lit interior, clean, airy, ample space. Food looks good, smells good, tastes very good. The buffet displays are clean, frequently replenished. Hibachi excellent, food tasty, appealing and appetizing. Sushi had good flavor and components, but most of the rolls without nori were not tightly rolled and tended to break when picking with chopstick. Beer and wine available. Friendly and quick service. Got my senior discount, so dinner was only about $16. Had to drive 25 minutes to get there but it was worth the drive. Would certainly return soon. Thank you.“

“It’s a nice restaurant. I’m surprised it’s not too busy at lunch time. The staff are so nice. The menu is very reasonable. Price is good. We did a takeout today. The food is delicious. The loaded potato soup here is a bit bigger than the other restaurant. The burger has good thick meat. Mango iced tea is heavenly.
I’ll return tomorrow for sure.“

But, the hostess found me & my guest a table without any waiting. We had alligator tail for an appetizer. Even though it was SUPER busy & VERY lively, the service & food were great. I was EXTREMELY impressed. I will definitely visit more often.“
