“Was there Wednesday evening. The quality of the oysters was amazing, loved them. The fish spread was as good as I ever had. The hush puppies were great and the chowder was excellent. So many things I want to try on the menu, we will be back soon. If you are looking for linen napkins, not your place. If you are looking for a dive with great seafood you found it.“

“So we went for an event that was a pizza all you can eat buffet as soon as we walked in there were old people everywhere (no offense) and the walls were kinda old but it was supposed to look like an original pizza hut the buffet was amazing the pepperoni and cheese was good and they had cinnamon bread sticks too and that made it better the lady that seated us was nice“

“My husband, son, and I ordered a pizza and 10 hot & honey wings for dinner. It was our first time eating at Josie’s, and we are so glad we tried the food! The pizza is delicious with a yummy sauce and perfect crust. The wings were absolutely fantastic! We will definitely be ordering dinner there again! The service is friendly and kind too. “Never had an issue with the food, but why does this location run on a limited menu? I had multiple occasions where I would go to place an order only to be informed "oh we can't make that here". Again, no issues when I get around to figuring out what they actually have in the kitchen, but the hassle of "well do you have this instead" sort of killed it for me.“

“You know the phrase “they don’t make ‘em like they used to”? That can easily be applied to this Clermont Pizza Hut location. This is one of the few Pizza Huts left in the country that still does the classic all-you-can-eat weekday lunch buffet. Arriving at 11:45 AM I was immediately seated and my waitress was quick to bring me a soft drink. Then on to the buffet where there was piping hot pizza fresh out of the oven in a variety of flavors, both thin and thick crust, veggie lovers, and meat-filled. They had breadsticks and a tray of baked noodles with sauce. I saw signs advertising a salad to go along with the pizza buffet but my waitress didn’t mention it. I was okay with that, as I was focused on the pizza. As the restaurant filled up, they kept the buffet stocked with pizza, making it so there was little waiting around for the next batch to come out. Overall this was a true throwback to my childhood and all the times I’ve visited the Pizza Hut buffet. It’s not a matter of if but WHEN I will return again.“

“Was slow in the restaurant with most people doing takeout orders so if you want to sit & enjoy a meal in a pretty low traffic area this is it. Service was ok with several people behind the counter working on orders for everything. Chicken strips are good & Zalads are really tasty. My daughter got the fried cheesecake bites & they were good & came with a strawberry sauce that went well with the bites. Overall we were all full on the meals we ordered. They had a BOGO on milkshakes today so both daughter had a shake for the price of one.“

“We just moved to the area and got a free pizza from Papa John’s. The service was great. The guy was there in like five minutes. He punched in the code for our gated community and he was at the door within minutes. Pizza was fresh and hot and of course, the garlic sauce was amazing as always.“

The manager told me he couldn’t do anything I had already paid and my order was ready but he refused to look inside of a box or at my order I was showing him on my phone .
