“We stumbled into this BBQ place. We noticed a theme: Veterans! Then, we joined the other patrons for the national anthem (grateful tears). The brisket was the best! We will not hesitate to intentionally return! Thank you for your service.“

“I don’t stop at Chick-fil-A unless it’s peppermint chip milkshake season. Even close to closing, in the cold, the drive-thru staff here is still in a good mood. The same girl at the window is always there — upbeat, friendly, and always smiling. Most places just close the doors 10 minutes early and give you an angry glare if you try to ask for something.“

“Came in for lunch earlier this week, the food was great but our server was the best. Kalyn was beyond nice and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She was so on top of it and made our lunch so much better! We love you Kalyn thank you so much for being so good with us and our kids!!“

“I love Chic-fil-a, but almost every time we order for pickup, something is wrong or missing from the order.
They are always super accommodating and happy to correct it, but this requires returning to the store, which costs time and convenience. I get that it will happen sometimes, but for us it’s often. A little QC’ing of the orders will go along way.
The most recent experience we had two of the four sandwiches missing. I went back and they remade the whole order (which was a great gesture). But, when we got back home (the second time) to eat, I took a bite of my sandwich and some sort of plastic or foil product wrapper mixed in the sandwich. At that point, I felt like I couldn’t go back and say anything, even I found it hard to believe.“

“My husband, son, and I ordered a pizza and 10 hot & honey wings for dinner. It was our first time eating at Josie’s, and we are so glad we tried the food! The pizza is delicious with a yummy sauce and perfect crust. The wings were absolutely fantastic! We will definitely be ordering dinner there again! The service is friendly and kind too. All the way around awesome! 👏“

“I lived in Clermont 20 years, We used to go to this chick filet on lunch break. Went tonight and well, looks really different they have fast tracked this drive thru for serious numbers. wow, I almost got scared off by all the ipads waiting to take my order, but it was easy, even for this old guy. Same reliable chick fil-a. memories. was great“

“I was greeted by a very nice young lady at the drive thru. She took my order, then, I was met by a young lady named heaven at the window. She was very polite and friendly and had my food ready to go As soon as I pulled up. Great service all around.“

“Flippers is honestly one of my favorite spots now. I got the OGP and it was AMAZING—everything was fresh, flavorful, and just hit perfectly. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food.
But what really made the experience stand out was Aubrey. She was the best in the world—super friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed the entire time. Service like that makes all the difference.“
