“To start this, I have a physical disability. When I entered the establishment this amazing, caring, and helpful young woman Mia, took my order and I've never had such great customer service. When my order was ready, I couldn't reach my food but this amazing young woman Sophia helped me with my food and took it to my table. After I was done with this amazing meal, Sophia bussed my table. The amazing customer service that I received shouldn't go uncheck, the staff was very kind and helpful when it came to my disability. This Panera should be the gold standard for fast food service in America!“

“The place is putting out mostly excellent food. Got the beef and lamb mixed kebab and it was perfectly seasoned. The accompaniments were excellent - we got the white sauce. I also got the tomato and red onion salad and the only disappointment in the whole meal was the bread which, was a whole grain pita, tasted stale and store-bought. It was a let down after all of the other great food. I will go back however because the rest of it was good and let's just hope they put out some phenomenal homemade bread products in the future.“

A special thank you to Jose Gutierrez, whose leadership clearly shows throughout the restaurant. He was professional, attentive, and made sure every guest felt welcomed and valued.
The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and everything was handled with care and efficiency. It's refreshing to see a manager so committed to providing a great dining experience. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional service and a wonderful meal.

“I had a wonderful experience at Blaze Pizza! The ease of ordering was truly exceptional-the process was smooth and user friendly. The service was incredibly fast and efficient, which made everything even more enjoyable. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious! Definitely a spot I'd recommend.“

“My wife and I were in town staying at a local hotel. I asked the check in rep if there were any good pizza places close by. He gave me a flyer to this place. We looked it over and thought "what the hell". We called and gave them our order: 1 Medium Pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, ham & hot peppers 1 Antipasto salad 1 order of Meatballs The food arrived to the hotel pretty quickly. It was all hot (except the salad) and fresh. We couldn't wait to dig in. The pizza looked so good I didn't want to eat it Everything was very good. I would order from them again if I was in the area. ***They only get 4 stars though. I would have given them 5 stars but they did not have any silverware for my wife to enjoy her salad and meatballs. When delivering to hotels, they need to be aware to have silverware available to their customers“

I can’t even tell you how grateful I am of your kindness and understanding. The past month has been so chaotic and for a second you helped calm the storm and you were genuine. People will give an “I’m sorry” but there’s no meaning behind it but you “got it” and were completely genuine.
We are the couple that told you we’re watching our mother die and she stopped eating days ago and we were desperate to get her to eat. You told us what would be best for her in your opinion and guess what? We took her the food and she actually took a few bites!
The way you were with us brought me to tears .
We drove up to pick up the food at the window expecting to pay but the receipt said zero balance. You bought our dying mother a meal and I don’t know if it’ll be her last but I promise you, we will never forget you. Your kindness just -I can’t even explain it.

There was clearly a system glitch that caused major order delays, but the team stayed calm, kept customers updated, and remained so courteous throughout it all.

I ultimately had to cancel my order due to the wait, but the manager personally apologized, which I truly appreciated. The way this team handled the pressure speaks volumes about their dedication and customer service. I hope they know how appreciated they are.
