“They turned something that would’ve been a bad experience into an amazing one. Truly fantastic customer service. I ordered in the drive through and they didn’t have my food ready during peak dinner rush today.
I had to leave the drive through completely and wait for 5-10 extra minutes in a parking spot, and the girl running the drive through personally profusely apologized and gave me a big handful of free coupons.

That’s how to do customer service. I’ve been to other fast food places where I had to wait and I get nothing but a dirty look and half cold food.“

When my order was ready, I couldn't reach my food but this amazing young woman Sophia helped me with my food and took it to my table. After I was done with this amazing meal, Sophia bussed my table. The amazing customer service that I received shouldn't go uncheck, the staff was very kind and helpful when it came to my disability. This Panera should be the gold standard for fast food service in America!“

“My wife and I were in town staying at a local hotel. I asked the check in rep if there were any good pizza places close by. He gave me a flyer to this place. We looked it over and thought "what the hell". We called and gave them our order: 1 Medium Pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, ham & hot peppers 1 Antipasto salad 1 order of Meatballs The food arrived to the hotel pretty quickly. It was all hot (except the salad) and fresh. We couldn't wait to dig in. The pizza looked so good I didn't want to eat it Everything was very good. I would order from them again if I was in the area. ***They only get 4 stars though. I would have given them 5 stars but they did not have any silverware for my wife to enjoy her salad and meatballs. When delivering to hotels, they need to be aware to have silverware available to their customers“
