Andy particularly goes out of his way to make our visits better, he works in the back but I have seen him multiple times come out, check on tables, offer refills, and ensure people are having a good experience. It was such a cute location and when I parked, there was people coming out and they were raving about the sandwiches and it was their first time too, and they said you definitely have to go inside, and I’m so glad that I did. “I recently attended an event at the Amway Center. Arriving early I decided to grab a bite to eat on Church Street. I found a menu attached to an outside window of Cucina Pizza & Bar. The menu items were many. I chose to eat inside, although they have a large outside eating area with umbrellas. Andrew was my waiter, a very nice and knowledgeable individual. I ordered an Italian sub, and ask if it could be toasted. Jimmy the cook built me a wonderful sub, just as I ask it to be made. There was plenty of staff, and they all seemed friendly & efficient. When I go back to the Amway Center for an event, Cucina’s will definitely be my restaurant of Choice. Much success.“

“My wife and I had breakfast here the other day and had such an enjoyable experience! She had the American Breakfast and I had the croissant omelette. The eggs on both dishes were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning, not too salty. The croissant was airy, light and fluffy on the inside and flakey on the outside.

After eating we decided to order some things from the bakery. We got a baguette, apple turbo er, strawberry donut and two chocolate croissants. The baguette was one of the best baguettes we've had In Orlando and the rest were all very good, the bakery here is top level.

The only miss we experienced was that I ordered a mocha coffee and it was quite watery and lacking the mocha that I typically expect. Besides that everything was incredible and I highly recommend stopping in if you haven't yet. The baguettes are reason enough to keep coming back on too of everything else!“

My Wife and I recently placed an order on their app for delivery. The order was exact and made to perfection, however the delivery was disappointing. We thought they had their own delivery service, but is is through a third-party.
Our food was made perfect and on time, but then sat there and got cold while the driver collected and performed several other deliveries.
The manager, Tay, was very understanding did everything she could to make it right and I wish I could give her 10 stars; thank you so much for taking care of us.“
