“Made reservations and were seated at the bar. Very nice place. Server was nice. The happy hour cocktails were good. For me, the food is nothing significant and a little pricey for what you get. The flat bread and fries were the best thing we ate all night. Spent little over $100 for a couple apps, flat bread and some oysters (half off).”

“Came here for lunch while on business. Opted for light fare food-wise and heard good things about this place. Situated across the street from Maitland park, the Houndstooth is an ideal place to sit outside at of their tables and enjoy some great food and weather. Had the tomato basil soup with a simple avocado toast. All their offerings are healthy and delicious. The folks that run it are very friendly and is a local favorite. Highly recommend!”

I needed to go grab breakfast while visiting a friend who lives there (he was out working that morning) and he'd never been here but directed me there for breakfast. Food was excellent, clean and fresh. Tons of options and they have these fantastic "Peach-a-Rita's" (yes I had with breakfast, sue me I was on vacation LOL). Tried numerious items and the only thing I wasn't keen on was the Eggs Benedict, though I'm an eggs benedict snob having had some of the best. Staff is super friendly and polite, the environment is calm and relaxed, and servers are attentive without being pestering - like you know when someone asks every 5 minutes if you need something? They don't do that :-)

After finding this place I went back several times and took my friend and he was surprised he'd never eaten there and really enjoyed it. I'll be back over Halloween and of course am looking forward to returning to Peach Valley.”

Minus one star for atmosphere because the seating isn't good for super long stays, which is sad because the music, staff, food, and lighting all make you want to stay and chat. Definitely coming back with more friends. This one's open late so it's a great place to stop if you're in need of a bite after 10pm. The sauce is classic and traditional. The crust will tempt you and the toppings will send you.”

“We were super excited to have a WAVE sushi so much closer than the Mount Dora location, it is over an hour drive for us, but we have been many times! This location is small, but it works....and the service was quick and thorough. We LOVED the Crab Rangoon fritters, a simple must try!!! The OG hot dog is big and pricey, but very good flavors....although a lot of rice for the "bun". The sushi fries were good but had a slightly odd flavor that i did not prefer....but mostly good. We will be back to try more new things and for sure get the crab Rangoon fritters again!!”

A little tricky to find once you enter the (office) building. Walk to the very end of the hallway to the right when you pass the lobby area.”

“The food and the atmosphere was great but unfortunately the service that we got was terrible. We sat at the bar because there were no tables available and the second we got there our bartender was so rude. Randy looked like he hated working there and we overheard him complain about people sitting at the bar on karaoke night with their tab closed. He kept on forgetting to get our black friend drinks and once we asked to close our tab he refused to give us an itemized receipt before we paid. Once we paid, we pointed out there was an issue on our tab and he gave us attitude. Honestly it wasn’t even about the money but we were just annoyed about the bad service. I would come back to his place as long as there’s different staff to take care of our group. On previous occasions we’ve had bartender Nico. and he has always give us outstanding service and drinks.”
