Boku Sushi Maitland is my new favorite sushi place. I tried two rolls, Drama Queen and Foxy Lady. My husband had the Beef Wagyu. Our friend had the curry and EVERYTHING was delicious!!! Even the miso soup was very tasty and fresh. Ben our server was informative, personable and attentive. We spoke with Miller, he gave us more interesting information about the restaurant and asked about us and where we were from. Highly recommend!! Loved the food and the eperience!!!
What an amazing find! Honestly, better than Nobu! The fish was incredibly fresh, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. We had the tasting platter and sushi rolls, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell the sushi chefs are genuinely passionate about their craft. The attention to detail and care that goes into making each piece really shows. We've only ever eaten outside here but I've seen the inside and it looks really nice and cozy. The sushi is excellent and the menu is really expansive. Everything always tastes fresh and the flavor is great. Can get nice drinks here too. If you live in Maitland this could definitely become your next sushi spot.
