The people at this McDonalds are great! I️ was in a hurry and needing to get us to church. I️ went thru the drive thru (with three kids) and ordered not realizing I️ left my wallet until I️ got up to the window to pay. So I told the young lady I️ am sorry but I️ left my wallet at home I️ need to cxl the order and come back. She said to wait she needed to speak with her manager. So I waited. Manager was great and almost redeemed the situation, but the workers are so incompetent I had to come and say something. I had a mobile order, ready and staring at me behind the counter. Im on the way to work so I am in a rush. 5 people see me and not only not greet me, use common sense people: one mobile order, one person in the freaking store waiting. The guy taking orders in drive thru is the best part of the process. New how to take an order without rushing you.
