Also while communicating with guess in line and leaving store. All with a smile. She should be a manager. If not The manager. I didn't get her name but she should be recognized.“

“So I was in the area for a meeting and it went late and so I had to grab a sandwich around 3 o’clock so I googled where I was and this came up on the map. I accidentally drove by it once and had to go around the block again. It was such a cute location and when I parked, there was people coming out and they were raving about the sandwiches and it was their first time too, and they said you definitely have to go inside, and I’m so glad that I did. It was SO BADAS’S DELICIOUS and I will definitely be back again and especially when I do real estate events and request catering!“

“First time there today and it was fantastic! The food was amazing!! I had the turkey and cheese sub with bacon added and the french fries with Art’s seasoning. Everything was fresh, tasty, and prepared to order. Service was very quick and friendly. It’s obvious why they’ve been around since 1972. Will now be a returning customer for sure!“

“The chicken parmesan sandwich was hot, fresh, and clearly made to order, with a large portion size and curly fries on the side. The main downside was that the chicken’s coating didn’t stick well and separated while eating, which took away from an otherwise good sandwich.

Ordering through the kiosk was quick and easy, and there was only brief interaction with staff. The wait was a bit longer, but it made sense given the made‑to‑order approach.

The location has a unique, enjoyable vibe with plenty of seating. Parking could get tight during busy times, but visiting on a Sunday around noon, there were still a few open spots. There is also a water refill station on premise which was much appreciated!“

“I love this location and I’m obsessed with these sandwiches. Everything is clean and organized and everyone is so friendly! They can get super busy (it’s a small shop) but they handle the flow well. They’ve never gotten my order wrong but I’ve seen other people circle back to let them know something was off and they’re so quick and kind to fix any errors.

My go to is the original Italian but I also like the Philly cheesesteak. Sometimes I’ll get the chocolate chip cookies and those are strangely delicious and addictive too.

Today I tried the viral TikTok “pregnancy sandwich” (IYKYK) and it was so perfect I was almost brought to tears. I had some special instructions (light this and that) and extra toppings and everything was perfect and amazing. Maybe I’ll name this child Jersey Mike when they come out, we’ll see! 🤣🫶🏻“

“Joe and Brandon helped us out this morning I had been to Jersey mikes but brought 3 friends from out of the country and Joe and Brandon made them feel incredibly welcomed and worked and walked them through any questions they had with their order. Not only that we had a great conversation with both of them as it was just us in the store with them. Joe also made some of the best cookies any of us have had in a while.

“Looked up a local spot for lunch and found this little nice spot on Google Maps. Visited this spot and tried the Cuban sandwich and a bag of chips for about $11. Cuban sandwich (mustard, pickle, mayo on a Cuban bread{flaky&soft}) was made fresh and panini-pressed. It’s a small GranMa&GranPa local spot. Owners are kind, friendly and respectful. Watching them make my sandwich with love and laughter was so sweet (Lady started my order when I stated what I wanted, after cashing us out Gentlemen went to assist her and the laughs between was so sweet. Loved it.) 🥰 Thank you so much. My Cuban was delicious and warm.“

Sweet as she is, she didn’t feel like baking some cookies for my family and I. She found every which way to talk herself out of having to do that. “Yesterday I found out I was diagnosed with diabetes. Of course I don’t know what I should and shouldn’t eat. Tonight my husband asked what would I like to eat I told him Firehouse sub. He went to pick up the order but just like a husband he left without checking if everything is correct. When I opened my sub it had onions and tomatoes which I heard him specifically requested to leave off. He also was charged for a combo he didn’t order. I took my food back and the lady that took his order had left. There was a young man there by the name of Juan who explained at the moment he didn’t have access to refund so he allowed me to get the chips and fixed my order right away. He asked me over just to make sure my order was made correctly. I really appreciate you Juan thank you. I made this review in the parking lot I was so appreciative. While sitting here who did I see driving back up with her son to pick up a box? The lady my husband said was in a rush to take his order because she had to leave. I was able to get a picture of her and she drives a silver Nissan. Girl you have to do better at your job you never know who is willing to write a review!!!“
