“I love this location and I’m obsessed with these sandwiches. Everything is clean and organized and everyone is so friendly! They can get super busy (it’s a small shop) but they handle the flow well. They’ve never gotten my order wrong but I’ve seen other people circle back to let them know something was off and they’re so quick and kind to fix any errors.

My go to is the original Italian but I also like the Philly cheesesteak. Sometimes I’ll get the chocolate chip cookies and those are strangely delicious and addictive too.

Today I tried the viral TikTok “pregnancy sandwich” (IYKYK) and it was so perfect I was almost brought to tears. I had some special instructions (light this and that) and extra toppings and everything was perfect and amazing. Maybe I’ll name this child Jersey Mike when they come out, we’ll see! 🤣🫶🏻“

“I recently decided to give this Charlie’s Cheesesteaks & Wings a try since it’s close to my house, and I’m so glad I did. I honestly wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but from my very first visit they completely exceeded my expectations.

The employees are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve come across in a long time. Everyone is polite, patient, and genuinely seems to care about providing great customer service. It’s refreshing to walk into a restaurant where the staff greets you with a smile and makes you feel appreciated as a customer.

The food has been outstanding every single time. Everything is always made fresh, prepared correctly, and tastes amazing. Whether it's the cheesesteaks, wings, or fries, you can tell they take pride in what they serve. My orders have always been accurate, the food is hot when I receive it, and the quality has been consistently excellent.

It's becoming harder and harder to find restaurants that deliver both great food and exceptional customer service, but this Charlie's does both. “I went to CSC tonight after seeing multiple posts on TikTok. I am completely blown away. First off, the sweet drive thru young man had issues with his headset and he was so apologetic and kind. Then the flavor I ordered was out and they had to make more. Everyone was so kind and nice and overly apologetic. Customer service was amazing!

“I placed an order on door dash for my husband and I. On door dash, there isn’t really any options to modify subs. My husband is allergic to pepperoni but his fav sub is an Italian (basically a salami sub) after placing the DD order, I called the store and asked them to pretty please remove the pep and replace it with extra salami. The lady I talked to was super polite and super understanding and told me “no worries! We’ll do that for you!” And that they did. I would like manager Mike to know that, Lilli, Sam and Laney are awesome! They went above and beyond then any other subway who always has given me the “stink eye” when I ask for this mod. Me and my wife used a coupon and got 2 subs and she got the original Philly cheese and I got the chicken Philly and man oh man! Everything was nice and fresh, everything was on point..

“My favorite sub is the Steamer. I get it as the combo because they have the best cherry coke. The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired as the TV usually has something about sharks biting, gators attacking, terrible storms, surgeries gone wrong, fish and game, etc. It can get gruesome.
