“I went there last night and the little girl was so sweet my sub was perfect. I have an autistic son and he’s a picky eater and she made sure the sub was perfect with him making sure it was up to his standards, she was really sweet, understanding and patient with him. Great customer service 100/10 recommend her khloe or cloe sorry I don’t know how it’s spelled.“

I started to make another purchase so my granddaughter could go in. They said it wasn't necessary and I greatly appreciate it. Jimmy John's will get more of my business. The other place will not. “ASHLEY does not get enough credit at all nor recognition!!!! She is truly amazing and has absolutely outstanding customer service . She greets everyone as they come in she is never rude to me or anyone from my experiences of being here . No matter if she’s alone on a shift from someone being late or not showing up she still smiles and moves in a consistent speed with a great attitude. I’ve been coming here for a long time and same experience everytime she even remembered how much I missed flat bread. Even though I hadn’t mentioned flat bread in over 6 months she still remembered to tell me as soon as I came in that it was back. “I just want to say how awesome the sandwich maker on the frying of my Big Kahuna Cheese Steak was!! On 2/23/26 at 11:30 am. Never EVER has my sandwich been done correctly!! It was perfect! Usually it’s missing ingredients or just so sloppily put together that it’s gross. This one was great! Kudos to him!! The only reason for 4 stars on service was because he wasn’t too friendly. He called my name for my order, I said thank you and he just didn’t say anything in response or acknowledge me. But all in all I was pleasantly pleased.“
