“Not sure what happened but this store has forgotten quality and service.
Start with the food. The buns appear to be old or stored in cold storage. Both of our sandwiches started crumbling at the touch. Half of my toppings and the bread ended up in the foil as it fell apart in my hands.
As for the smaller stuff, they don't take your orders anymore. They want to be mcdonalds with kiosks. There was no way to identify the sandwiches without opening them all up. (Used to have the little numbered stickers). Had to ask for our cups. One of the drink machines worked. The other would spit drink for about 2 seconds and stopped with no error message or apparent reason. At least the place was clean. For 40 bucks for 2 sandwiches, you can do better.“

“Chick filet is slipping. Usually always consistent. This time they gave me a burrito when I asked for a bowl. They gave me small tots when I ordered a large. Table wasn't very clean either. I'll give this location another chance because the last few times it's been good. But today I'm not happy.“

“We love this Arby's, everyone is great especially both the managers! We feel at home and visit this Arby's almost every Sunday! My husband got The Meat Mountain for his birthday, it was so much fun and he finished it all!!! I wish I could post his picture here! Get the Gyro's or Reuben sandwich, they are great!!“

“Love being able to go here and get drinks for everyone and having so many options! We had an issue this time though we ordered a cherry limeade slush and they gave us just regular but didn't realize it right away otherwise everything else was absolutely amazing. My son loves the fries so much“

The one in ocee is rachet and nobody wants to work. Honestly no other zaxbys in Florida should exist but this one! Thank you for having fresh delicious food and amazing customer service! “I stopped by Wendy’s for a quick bite and tried the chicken tenders (now called tendies). I normally don’t like chicken strips from fast food places, but these were surprisingly delicious, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I really loved them and would honestly go to Wendy’s to get those again.“

“Best Subway hands down. Restaurant is always clean and staff is the nicest! The negative reviews on this location are definitely not for this Subway. There are other Subways in the area and by far, this is the best one. The manager even has on their receipt to call them with any problem.“

“I want to start by staying that this was the best Taco Bell visit I have by far had. I typically do not go to this location but I just happened to be in the area at the time. The staff was AMAZING, Samantha in particular, she was very nice annd helpful through the ordering process, and the food came out in a timely manner and was so fresh! “Great pizza hut. Still offers dine in and the Pepsi soda fountain is working again . The pizza here is the best and thank goodness it's a traditional pizza hut not a plaza hut. The dining room is awesome as is the staff and the pizza Thursday night is kids night free personal pan pizza for kids when you dine in. Great way to get what they want and you want“

​I came in for a refund on a soggy chicken order and was completely ignored by the shift manager (Jessica) and a crew member, who were openly dismissive of me. Frustrated, I approached Ms. Carla—who was right in the middle of conducting an job interview.
​She immediately paused the interview to help. When the crew couldn't figure out the refund, Carla stepped in, found my receipt, processed the return, and even offered fresh apple pies for the trouble. Best of all, she spent 10 minutes listening to me explain how poorly I was treated by the staff. She made me feel genuinely heard and valued. Carla is a masterclass in management!“
