“Quite possibly the friendliest staff I’ve experienced in a long time, specifically from Zavier, who I would can’t imagine receives anything but “exceeds expectations” on periodic performance evaluations because his customer service is unparalleled. As for the food… I don’t know where to begin, but I will say it will be a huge disappointment if this place ever goes out of business. 10/10 would recommend!“

“Used to go and they always had peanuts out..didn’t see and didn’t think it ask. I ordered a burger with grilled onions and grilled mushrooms and A1. But for some reason the girl put in order as the junior. Prices have sure gone up since I have been but it was still one of the best burgers I have had in forever. And I was actually glad they put in for the junior as I never would have been able to finish the regular size. I was just bummed I couldn’t order fries. Was going in for an MRI later in the day and it would have been too hard laying in the machine on such a full stomach. lol will definitely go back“

“We recently went here wanting to try the grass fed burgers and tallow fries. We hadn't been to Steak and Shake in a long time. Well our food was amazing! Kudos to them for making the change. We look forward to future MAHA improvements. Honestly we've decided that this is our go-to burger place from now on. The fries are SO good. There are other sit down restaurants that will charge you close to $20 for a burger that isn't near as good. You order on Kiosks but an employee was there to answer any questions. You can see them cooking your food fresh. The milkshake my companion ordered was served in a beautiful tall iced retro-looking glass. I ordered my burger without a bun on the Kiosk as it is an option. You do have to show your receipt code to the scanner to dispense your drink if you purchased one. Restaurant was clean. Very much worth a visit. We went twice in one week!“

“This is a wonderful store, and Ariel, Michelle, and Holly are all absolutely phenomenal. We coordinated a field trip with Ariel for our Cub Scout Pack this morning, and everybody had an absolute blast! I have never had such an easy and positive experience coordinating an outing for a group of 15 kids, and will recommend a trip like this to anybody who asks. The whole place was clean and tidy, everybody was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the pretzels are obviously top notch. The peach lemonade was cold and delicious, and my kids are already asking when we can come back for more!“

“Every single time I come here they seem to be under staffed and the person ringing up the food is also bagging up all the to-go’s and it’s 2024 everyone is getting food to go. I always wait in line to even order for more than 10 minutes watching the worker bag up food it’s very frustrating. The workers work very hard it’s not their fault just get more employees please!“

“They knowingly short your order if that product isn't ready especially late night. Shorted an apple pie and checked my bag told them and without hesitation they said 12 minutes! Waited 20mins and had to argue with them that it was that long and tjey insisted it wasn't ready and I persisted and they finally actually check and low and behold it was ready.

“Shout out to Jersey Mike’s at 1797 E Broadway, Publix shopping center at Lockwood. Always friendly and ready to prepare items at last minute. Manager went above and beyond with a small issue that he resolved quickly I appreciate his kind gesture.“

“This Arby's location is fantastic! The food came out fresh and hot, and tasted great! I love the shakes here and would recommend you give it a shot, especially the chocolate shake. But even better than the food was the service. I was helped by Max and they were fantastic and delivered efficient service. They were very nice, funny, and patient with me while I was looking through the menu! I would absolutely recommend this establishment, by far the best Arby's I have been to!“

“The young lady who finally acknowledged me at the front counter was very sweet and helpful. I wanted a specific menu item but wanted to change a topping and she was super patient with my questions and very helpful with suggestions. She even suggested one I hadn't thought of! Got exactly what I wanted and it was deee-licious! You should maybe consider having her train the rest of the kids how to smile and acknowledge someone when they make eye contact with a guest, even if they're busy doing another task. Just saying....“

“This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The restaurant was spotless, creating a welcoming and clean atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The employees—and especially the manager, Kenni—were incredibly kind and attentive. Kenni even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and was a great conversationalist, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Alex made my sandwiches and gave excellent recommendations when I wasn’t sure what to order. Every sandwich turned out perfect—fresh, delicious, and exactly what I wanted. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The pizzas were absolutely delicious-reminded me of just how fantastic Pizza Hut pan pizzas were back in the day! Thanks so very much!
