“We had not been to Steak 'n Shake since before the kiosks. I almost didn't go this time but I wanted to try the tallow fries. This restaurant is extremely clean and fast. I was using the kiosk when an employee asked if we needed help. To save time I said yes and I ordered a steakburger with cheese and shoestring fries. My husband ordered the Chili 5 way. Both are meals we used to get as regulars when there was full service inside. The only problem is I have no idea what else was on the menu. I used to get a salad with my burger. Do they still have that? Are there any combo meals that include shakes? Without a menu to sit and look over, I have no idea. I asked about breakfast food and was told they no longer have that.
To the CEO of Biglari--please continue with your grass fed beef and tallow fries and very clean restaurants. Have you thought about adding some gluten free meals or buns? Also, we miss the wait staff, breakfast and coupons. But even without that, I will return for the tallow tots and crinkle fries. Having a few menus around in addition to the kiosks would be very helpful. I don't even know your shake flavors or if you have special holiday flavors. Do you ever run the happy hours for shakes anymore? These are reasons we were regulars as well as many other people we know. Please look back at the things that made Steak 'n Shake a success in the past and incorporate those with the newer changes you are now making. As far as the two meals we ordered--5 stars!“

“Walked in not knowing what to expect… ambiance and service was amazing and welcoming, our server Kyle was awesome! He made great recommendations and brought us out J.T.’S KETTLE CHIPS- Potato Chips, Gorgonzola Cheese, Scallion, Roma Tomato, Bacon- probably the best app I’ve had all year!! The hummus with Brussel sprouts and roasted cauliflower was insane…will definitely be back on next trip to Orlando! We need one in Cali!“

“Lori, the manager on duty when we were there, was incredible! Not only was she extremely friendly, but she was also an amazing worker. During our visit, I saw her doing everything from delivering meals and cleaning tables to talking with customers and bringing crayons and coloring books to kids. She even went out of her way to give customers ice water and regular-sized cups because the standard water dispenser only had small cups and no ice. At one point, she called someone who had placed a takeout order to let them know their order was ready.

No one asked me to leave this review—I just have never seen such great customer service and felt like I had to say something!

I also haven't been to Shake Shack in a while and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It's a little pricey, but not as expensive as I remember, and definitely seems to be in line with similar restaurants. They also have some good deals in the app that make it more affordable.

The ordering machine was easy to use, the ShakeSauce was really good, and we split the Reese's Milkshake, which was delicious. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!“

“Used to go and they always had peanuts out..didn’t see and didn’t think it ask. I ordered a burger with grilled onions and grilled mushrooms and A1. But for some reason the girl put in order as the junior. Prices have sure gone up since I have been but it was still one of the best burgers I have had in forever. And I was actually glad they put in for the junior as I never would have been able to finish the regular size. I was just bummed I couldn’t order fries. Was going in for an MRI later in the day and it would have been too hard laying in the machine on such a full stomach. lol will definitely go back“

“This Arby's location is fantastic! The food came out fresh and hot, and tasted great! I love the shakes here and would recommend you give it a shot, especially the chocolate shake. But even better than the food was the service. I was helped by Max and they were fantastic and delivered efficient service. They were very nice, funny, and patient with me while I was looking through the menu! I would absolutely recommend this establishment, by far the best Arby's I have been to!“

“This location never misses. When it comes to McDonald’s, I have had many bad experiences at different locations, but this one is like a breath of fresh air. “The manager Jeremy helped me today I was trying to use a code for a .99 iced coffee I went through the drive thru twice and it wasn’t working I came in and he helped me with the code and got me the coffee I needed it was very patient kind and understanding.“
