Lori, the manager on duty when we were there, was incredible! Not only was she extremely friendly, but she was also an amazing worker. During our visit, I saw her doing everything from delivering meals and cleaning tables to talking with customers and bringing crayons and coloring books to kids. She even went out of her way to give customers ice water and regular-sized cups because the standard water dispenser only had small cups and no ice. At one point, she called someone who...read full review
I’ve been a big fan of Shake Shack for years and was extremely excited for this location to open right by me. But I recently had an experience with the staff in this location, particularly the manager that I felt more than deserved the 5 star review. I placed a mobile order and made some mistakes and by the time I got to the location I spoke with the manager and he was quick to fix my issue. I am extremely grateful for this and very happy that this location is staffed with personable...read full review
As loyal shake shack fans we were so excited to hear we were finally getting a shake shack close to us and they have not disappointed! Quality has been consistent, service is always 10/10, location is always clean, pick up orders are always ready within the estimated time. The manager even went above and beyond to honor a mistake I had made ordering on the app.

Shake Shack Oviedo has quickly become a favorite for burgers and shakes. The burgers, onion rings, and fries are awesome, and the sweetened tea is great too. The Reese's Milkshake is delicious, and the ShakeSauce is really good. Food is fresh with great quality, and portion sizes are generous. The service is always 10/10. The manager and staff are friendly, helpful, and personable. They go above and beyond, fixing mobile order mistakes and honoring app ordering errors. One manager was incredible, delivering meals, cleaning tables, talking with customers, bringing crayons and coloring books to kids, and giving customers ice water and regular-sized cups. The location is always clean with good parking, and pick up orders are always ready within the estimated time. The ordering machine is easy to use. It is a little pricey, but in line with similar restaurants, and the app has good deals that make it more affordable. The trash receptacles could use larger openings. Overall, this is the best burgers in town and a new go to burger place.
