We came in on 2/29/24 at probably a little after 9:30 pm. The two guys working were very nice. One of our sandwiches was going to take 10 minutes because the bacon needed to cook fresh so they asked if we wanted anything while we waited and I had got a lemonade and they even made it a large. The 10 minute wait was worth it! I got the brown sugar bacon blt and it was very tasty and the bacon was perfect. Definitely recommend this sandwhich and this Arby’s! This was a rather disappointing experience - although normally the food is good, if they get it right. This time they forgot lettuce, but added extra mayonnaise (we ordered *no* mayo), the soda machine was broken (too bad we already paid online for the soda; they offered a free shake instead though). Restroom was out of paper. Just frustrating when you drive several miles to enjoy some food and then that.

I have never been serviced at a restaurant after they already closed much less over a half hour ago. Most understanding and best employee award goes to Jacob. Man really turned the fryer back on for me, I almost had to say no but I don't want to try to get a refund through the app. This store closes at 11PM every night. Noted.
