I really used to like going here, but things have gotten really bad. Sat in the drive-thru for awhile but no one answered so I went inside. The worker taking my order kept getting confused and seemed like he didn't know how to use the kiosk. All the workers seemed stressed and had an attitude. I feel bad for all of them bc they all looked miserable. The food was fine. I doubt I'll be back though.

Everything was nice and clean. Everybody was nice and we didn't stick to the floor. So they actually mop with something that you won't break your butt on either. Because I have been in big places. Where the I was slipping and i'm disabled so I don't like that.

Today, I visited Arby's Oviedo for the first time to order Greek Gyro. Unfortunately they didn't have tomatoes this time for the Gyro roasted one. 2 star less for tomatoes. I didn't eat the tortilla because I moderately didn't like the roll bread dough. The lemonade was very good of the meal. Thanks for fresh Lemonade 2 stars for it only. I ordered curly fries, but got short curlies which was bad. Overall moderate lunch experience.Edit: The Gyro is not real, it is fume as Arby's generic's.

My order is correct here maybe 2/10 times. Even after confirming with the person at the window that my sliders were in the bag I get to the park and the sliders are nowhere to be found ??♂️ I then call to let them know and nobody answers the phone and it disconnects.The food that we do get however is cooked fine… probably would not recommend the drive thru or ordering from this location as there is almost no attention to detail.

They are glacial in the drive through. It can take 20-30 minutes at lunch time.
We came in on 2/29/24 at probably a little after 9:30 pm. The two guys working were very nice. One of our sandwiches was going to take 10 minutes because the bacon needed to cook fresh so they asked if we wanted anything while we waited and I had got a lemonade and they even made it a large. The 10 minute wait was worth it! I got the brown sugar bacon blt and it was very tasty and the bacon was perfect. Definitely recommend this sandwhich and this Arby’s! Didn’t catch either of the guys names but they were both really nice and very funny as they talked to us some while we were waiting. If you are looking for an Arby’s this is the one to come to!

Order is always correct here the only downside is sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes for your food but I believe they are very understaffed.
I was asked to pull forward after paying at the drive thru. Waited 10 additional minutes for food. Once I got it, considering the amount of time I waited for it, I ASSUMED it would be right. Drive 30 minutes home and things are missing. I called and someone just picks up the phone and hangs up. This location has seriously gone down hill.

Within the past 2 months this location has started "pulling" every car forward in the drive through. It doesn't matter what you're ordering, they will ask you to pull forward and wait. The worst part about it is that the food they finally bring to you isn't fresh and by that time, the drink they give you at the window is watered down. This location used to be fast with fresh food, not anymore. I really enjoy Arby's food but after the experiences I've had over the past 2 months, I will now choose a different option. Also, they don't give you a recipt anymore, so you can't do a survey.
