Told a person here 5 times the order and they miss charge me after repeating it back to me. When I brought it up they said well they didn’t charge me for it so there is nothing they can do about it.“

“I would give 10 stars if I could. Two years ago, this location wasn’t quite “ready” yet, but after the remodel and reopening, it become my favorite fast-food spot.

The food is always fresh and delicious, the staff is friendly and fast, and the restaurant is consistently clean. Another big plus is that they’re open late, so I can stop by whenever I’m craving Bo’s at night.

I’ve been to so many Bojangles in NC, and honestly, the best one I’ve had is this one in FL.“

“Chick filet is slipping. Usually always consistent. This time they gave me a burrito when I asked for a bowl. They gave me small tots when I ordered a large. Table wasn't very clean either. I'll give this location another chance because the last few times it's been good. But today I'm not happy.“

“This is our Arby’s and we were hungry! The milkshake machine was broken, but the restaurant did an excellent job with our order and using our coupons! “I love going to tf especially on Taco Tuesday wish employees wore name tags so we know their names so we can thank them by name there is one employee always wearing a green shirt who always respectful and happy I would like to know who she is“

“I stopped at this Culver's location while passing through Madison and ended up staying longer than expected. The restaurant was busy but organized, and food moved out to tables steadily without feeling rushed. I ordered a ButterBurger with cheese and it arrived hot with a soft toasted bun and a well-seasoned patty that delivered exactly the kind of comfort-food experience I was looking for.

Alongside it, I ordered Wisconsin cheese curds and a side of crinkle-cut fries. The cheese curds were crisp on the outside and soft inside, making them easy to keep reaching for even after I felt full. The fries were simple but fresh and paired well with everything on the tray. To finish, I grabbed a scoop of frozen custard which was smooth, creamy, and a nice way to end the meal.

What I appreciate about places like this is consistency. Nothing felt overly complicated or designed for social media. It was just good food served by friendly staff in a relaxed setting. Sometimes that's exactly what makes a meal memorable.“

“Arby's Restaurant #08001 located at 3725 Orlando Blvd, Sanford, FL 32773. We visit this location frequently (usually every other week or so) after we go to the gym. Staff are all usually friendly and helpful. But one employee (I think her name is Sandra) always has a good attitude and is most helpful and friendly. That's not usual in a fast food setting. Today, I was having trouble with my credit card on my Arby's app and she was both patient and helpful in getting our order processed with the discount that was offered in the app. She has waited on us several times during our visits. Attitude is important in customer service and we just wanted to express our appreciation to her and her crew.“

“I love this location and I’m obsessed with these sandwiches. Everything is clean and organized and everyone is so friendly! They can get super busy (it’s a small shop) but they handle the flow well. They’ve never gotten my order wrong but I’ve seen other people circle back to let them know something was off and they’re so quick and kind to fix any errors.

My go to is the original Italian but I also like the Philly cheesesteak. Sometimes I’ll get the chocolate chip cookies and those are strangely delicious and addictive too.

Today I tried the viral TikTok “pregnancy sandwich” (IYKYK) and it was so perfect I was almost brought to tears. I had some special instructions (light this and that) and extra toppings and everything was perfect and amazing. Maybe I’ll name this child Jersey Mike when they come out, we’ll see! 🤣🫶🏻“

“Family was visiting from out of town last week, so we placed a large to‑go order at the Pollo Tropical in Sanford. When it came time to pay, our debit card kept getting rejected, even after the staff tried multiple registers and attempted to split the payment.

We were about to remove items to pay in cash when the manager, Pedro, explained there was a software glitch preventing debit card payments over $50. He immediately stepped in and discounted our order by 35%, which allowed us to get everything we needed.

With a little patience and understanding, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a positive experience. Our whole family was extremely grateful for Pedro’s help and the Sanford team’s effort to make things right.“

“Semi new to the area and was looking for a good wing spot. This place nailed it. The wings were very large. The flavor was on point. I'll be back for sure. It think the wings are near double the size of hooligans wings. Staff was nice, place was clean. When I first walked in I though I went to a Chinese food spot on accident, but they have it there as well. I'll try that sometime when I'm in the mood. Can't wait to have more wings from here!!“

“Great location and it's hardly ever busy I feel like it's overlooked since its the newest location in the area. But that doesn't mean it's inferior. I think it is probably the better of the 2 locations in Sanford. Staff is friendly service is quick and accurate and the restaurant is always spotless. I'm in the area frequently for work and I always choose to stop here rather than the other. I am never able to stay and eat but it I did I would definitely sit outside there patio is very nice and always clean with plenty of tables. This is a great Chick Fila location and great far anyone.“

“We received excellent service from Juan Diego yesterday. He is respectful and thoughtful, not only while taking our order, but he checked on us and cleared our table (tray) afterwards. “This Taco Bell. The employees are my goats. I went inside at 10:45 PM in a JROTC uniform with nothing but agony and despair in my soul. My car had broken down, just outside the parking lot. My serpentine belt snapped. I had to rush somewhere quickly. Time was of the essence. And then, I spotted the bell. I and my friends who were in a train had already been heading here but it felt like a beacon in the rain. A symbol of hope in my hour of darkness. I turn in with my friends behind me and fly into that parking lot with pure agony in my heart for what I know has happened. As my belt has already snapped before I knew of the warnings, I knew of the sound, that awful wretched sound. I opened the hood of my car look where my serpentine belt should have greeted me running… to find it shredded. Half way down my 2004 Honda crv’s engine bay. I throw my hood back down in anger and open the GEICO app for a tow truck desperate now as it is so late at night. An hour is the estimated time it will arrive to my location. I’m now desperate in this foreign land of lake Mary where I must get home to deltona. I curse my wanting to get a crunch wrap now and go inside reluctantly with my friends. I explain what has happened to the employees and ask them “if I need to may I leave my car here overnight” fully expecting a no. To my surprise an angel among men was working that night. She heard my pleas and immediately gave me sanctuary, offering for me to stay in the parking lot if need be as I was parked just next to her car. At 11:30 the tow truck arrived, two of my 3 friends had left to go to their homes one having stayed through the ordeal with me, even buying me a quesadilla as a “I’m sorry for your terrible luck.” Then the employee the angel walking among us points out my tow truck is here as well as my mother to take me home. She may not have done much, but that employee will forever be remembered in my heart and soul. To the woman I don’t even know the name of, you are a memory that shall be passed down from day to day, month to month, year to year. Thank you for your service to this unfortunate day of mine.“

“By far the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. The food is correct every time and I’ve never had any issues. When I go through the drive through, a manager has given me my food every time and always been professional. Probably won’t happen every visit but still nice to see. Compared to the other locations in the area, I’ll only be coming to this one.“
