I have an autistic son and he’s a picky eater and she made sure the sub was perfect with him making sure it was up to his standards, she was really sweet, understanding and patient with him. “I always order my breakfast online through the app very easy order experience. When I picked up the order, I left the Service person know that I want some extra mayonnaise and pepper. They put that in the bag and when I got to eat the breakfast I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I reach my hand into the bag, I only went in about 3 inches or 4 inches into the bag and I felt the top of the first sandwich I had ordered two sandwiches. These sandwiches were perfectly made and looked just like the advertisement. The sausages was perfectly egg was done. Just a little bit brown just the way I like it so it wasn’t running. The cheese wasn’t melted all over the place and they were stacked and the croissants were full will definitely be going back. This was a great breakfast experience and when I stopped by the drive-through to let them know a great job. I heard the whole team cheering that that’s a good sign. There’s some great teamwork going on there too.“

“Not sure what happened but this store has forgotten quality and service.
Start with the food. The buns appear to be old or stored in cold storage. Both of our sandwiches started crumbling at the touch. Half of my toppings and the bread ended up in the foil as it fell apart in my hands.
As for the smaller stuff, they don't take your orders anymore. They want to be mcdonalds with kiosks. There was no way to identify the sandwiches without opening them all up. (Used to have the little numbered stickers). Had to ask for our cups. One of the drink machines worked. The other would spit drink for about 2 seconds and stopped with no error message or apparent reason. At least the place was clean. For 40 bucks for 2 sandwiches, you can do better.“

“Food is very yummy. Chimken mmmmmm. Pretty much anything you can get is good. The grilled chicken the fried chicken the lemonade the shakes the fries. All super yum zone. The service is fine. Quick and pleasant. Nothing amazing but doesn't need to be. The atmosphere is eh. Eating inside is only good if you're with friends. He went above and beyond by showing me how to use the Arby's app for complimentary plain roast beef sliders for my two dogs, Amber and Rebel. My roast beef meal was great, but Erwin's outstanding customer service really made my day. It's refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares about customers. Thank you, Erwin, for your kindness and hospitality! It definitely made my day, after a long stressful day that I had.“

“I stopped at this Culver's location while passing through Madison and ended up staying longer than expected. The restaurant was busy but organized, and food moved out to tables steadily without feeling rushed. I ordered a ButterBurger with cheese and it arrived hot with a soft toasted bun and a well-seasoned patty that delivered exactly the kind of comfort-food experience I was looking for.

Alongside it, I ordered Wisconsin cheese curds and a side of crinkle-cut fries. The cheese curds were crisp on the outside and soft inside, making them easy to keep reaching for even after I felt full. The fries were simple but fresh and paired well with everything on the tray. To finish, I grabbed a scoop of frozen custard which was smooth, creamy, and a nice way to end the meal.

What I appreciate about places like this is consistency. Nothing felt overly complicated or designed for social media. It was just good food served by friendly staff in a relaxed setting. Sometimes that's exactly what makes a meal memorable.“

“This restaurant is efficiently run. The manager, Kim, knows her "stuff". She has trained her staff to be both professional and courteous. I feel like royalty when I visit on Taco Tuesdays.“

“Arby's Restaurant #08001 located at 3725 Orlando Blvd, Sanford, FL 32773. We visit this location frequently (usually every other week or so) after we go to the gym. Staff are all usually friendly and helpful. But one employee (I think her name is Sandra) always has a good attitude and is most helpful and friendly. That's not usual in a fast food setting. Today, I was having trouble with my credit card on my Arby's app and she was both patient and helpful in getting our order processed with the discount that was offered in the app. She has waited on us several times during our visits. Attitude is important in customer service and we just wanted to express our appreciation to her and her crew.“

“i order the 10pc wings with fries combo to go and they are always steaming hot !! it might take a while to make when i get there after ordering on the phone, but ive never had an issue with the food. The wings are so flavorful cooked to perfection (usually order them extra crispy) same with the fries everything is just fresh. Wing express is my go to wing place here in deland . I recommend coming here if you want good wings“

“I don't eat there often, but today I decided to order on line and pick up. I arrived there about 10 minutes after I ordered and went to the counter and waited under the sign. When I walked in I was greeted. The store was busy, very busy, and a crowd gathered under the sign at the counter. An employee by the name of Ivana asked me within a few seconds of standing there what my name was. She checked the tickets and politely and professionally stated with a smile that it should be just a few more minutes. The whole crew was working so hard and diligently to get the orders out. Ivana was so kind and helpful to all who were waiting and working so hard, all with a rarely seen pleasant attitude and demeanor. She was exceptional. When my order was ready she called my name, handed me my bag, and apologized for my wait. She did so with such kindness and caring I was taken back. The whole team seemed to be working very well together and Ivana actually seemed like she enjoyed being there. A complete breath of fresh air! I am impressed! What a blessing Ivana was!“

We were about to remove items to pay in cash when the manager, Pedro, explained there was a software glitch preventing debit card payments over $50. He immediately stepped in and discounted our order by 35%, which allowed us to get everything we needed.

With a little patience and understanding, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a positive experience. Our whole family was extremely grateful for Pedro’s help and the Sanford team’s effort to make things right.“

“Great location and it's hardly ever busy I feel like it's overlooked since its the newest location in the area. But that doesn't mean it's inferior. I think it is probably the better of the 2 locations in Sanford. Staff is friendly service is quick and accurate and the restaurant is always spotless. I'm in the area frequently for work and I always choose to stop here rather than the other. I am never able to stay and eat but it I did I would definitely sit outside there patio is very nice and always clean with plenty of tables. This is a great Chick Fila location and great far anyone.“

“I recently decided to give this Charlie’s Cheesesteaks & Wings a try since it’s close to my house, and I’m so glad I did. I honestly wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but from my very first visit they completely exceeded my expectations.

The employees are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve come across in a long time. Everyone is polite, patient, and genuinely seems to care about providing great customer service. It’s refreshing to walk into a restaurant where the staff greets you with a smile and makes you feel appreciated as a customer.

The food has been outstanding every single time. Everything is always made fresh, prepared correctly, and tastes amazing. Whether it's the cheesesteaks, wings, or fries, you can tell they take pride in what they serve. My orders have always been accurate, the food is hot when I receive it, and the quality has been consistently excellent.

It's becoming harder and harder to find restaurants that deliver both great food and exceptional customer service, but this Charlie's does both. The entire team deserves recognition for the job they're doing. They have definitely earned a regular customer, and I'll continue recommending this location to my friends and family.
