I came in on 1/30/2024 around 6:15pm. The manager who’s name I unfortunately forgot, was the most caring and understanding person. He was definitely what is needed in these fast food places to ensure a great experience. I will be back because of
They WILL screw up your order one out of three times. So double check your order and receipt (they overcharged too). However, the food IS as good as it ever was. And their prices have stayed very competitive. If you order one of their main well known products like roast beef, you will be happy with it and the price.

We stopped in for lunch after reading reviews of the place. The staff was very friendly and attentive, The place was clean especially the condiments area. (no mess) The staff came to our table to make sure we had everything we needed and took away our trash. My sandwich was good and tasted like any other Arby's sandwich, Its the Customer service that make the difference.
