Not sure what happened but this store has forgotten quality and service.
Start with the food. The buns appear to be old or stored in cold storage. Both of our sandwiches started crumbling at the touch. Half of my toppings and the bread ended up in the foil as it fell apart in my hands.
As for the smaller stuff, they don't take your orders anymore. They want to be mcdonalds with kiosks. There was no way to identify the sandwiches without opening them all up. (Used to...read full review

Very friendly place. They cook everything just right everytime I visit.
This has now become my son and I's favorite location, we eat five guys 1-2 times a week between 4 different locations todays visit we happened to walk in duringa bad florida lightning storm with a lightning strike very close to the location as we walked in. This resulted in the staff losing computers and internet to where they had to deal with orders in a timely manner and a few upset customers.
