“Stopped in at Five Guys today and even though the place was absolutely slammed, Laura and her team were on point. You could tell they were juggling a ton, but Laura stayed calm, friendly, and completely in control. She kept the line moving, made sure everyone was taken care of, and still managed to give great customer service. Huge shoutout to her and the staff for handling a busy rush like pros. I have a small, quiet, 100% trained (sitting quietly next to me while I waited in line...), small SERVICE ANIMAL...All I tried to do was order food and eat with a friend...It was our first time here. It's been cold outside so I really wasn't trying to sit in the cold with my food..generally i wouldnt mind.. So I was told to walk back to my car to get his Service Animal ID. I walked back then I gave his physical identification card because he is a registered SERVICE animal. NOT ESA. Actual SERVICE....Even though I was absolutely NOT required to get any physicalidentification, I still did it....and they still made me leave. This is HIGHLY illegal. And will be taking action. Absolutely unprofessional and they discriminate against disabled people. I REPEAT...DO NOT EAT HERE. I can't even tell you if my food is good, because I am too upset to even eat it....It costs nothing to be kind and understanding. So I sat outside in the cold instead of causing a scene. But here is my review as I sit outside in the cold. Too upset to even try my food. I have also already sent a copy of his physical ID to corporate. (I cannot post that here as there is my personal information in there.) Your establishment should be absolutely ashamed... EDIT TO ADD: Managers would not give any names initially, and I had to show and explain the laws they broke to finally obtain names....which also should nit have to be done. Manager names are needed for corporate reports of discrimination...ALSO. The manager proceeded to say she had no idea of the laws...yet. Canes trains ALL MANAGERS on ADA laws...the lies. The rudeness. It can't be made up by lying and fake apologizing.“

We order breakfast and lunch for our staff multiple times per year and the communication and efficiency from this location is unmatched. “I placed an order on door dash for my husband and I. On door dash, there isn’t really any options to modify subs. My husband is allergic to pepperoni but his fav sub is an Italian (basically a salami sub) after placing the DD order, I called the store and asked them to pretty please remove the pep and replace it with extra salami. The lady I talked to was super polite and super understanding and told me “no worries! We’ll do that for you!” And that they did. I would like manager Mike to know that, Lilli, Sam and Laney are awesome! They went above and beyond then any other subway who always has given me the “stink eye” when I ask for this mod. “I came with my husband and we enjoyed some delicious wings & mozzarella sticks with crispy French fries and two strawberry shakes . Service was really good the girl was so sweet she brought our food and shakes to the table and brought condiments along with napkins

“Not only did our Jimmy John's delivery girl get our subs here super fast but she also delivered us our two wet German Shepherds in her car. Our fence had been fixed and apparently they left a gap and our pups escaped. She found them wandering our neighborhood and brought them to us. We are forever grateful to her!“
