“When I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile from the General Manager, Manny and the cashier Shiloh. They made me feel like family! Since this was my first visit, I had questions and they happily answered them all. They helped me find the perfect meal! They told me about their daily specials and how to customize my entree to my liking! The food was hot and fresh. Manny taught me about the sauce bar and I love it! They have added a new regular guest to their clientele list! Thank you very much!“

You could tell they were juggling a ton, but Laura stayed calm, friendly, and completely in control. She kept the line moving, made sure everyone was taken care of, and still managed to give great customer service. Huge shoutout to her and the staff for handling a busy rush like pros. “DO NOT EAT HERE. I have a small, quiet, 100% trained (sitting quietly next to me while I waited in line...), small SERVICE ANIMAL...All I tried to do was order food and eat with a friend...It was our first time here. It's been cold outside so I really wasn't trying to sit in the cold with my food..generally i wouldnt mind.. So I was told to walk back to my car to get his Service Animal ID. I walked back then I gave his physical identification card because he is a registered SERVICE animal. NOT ESA. Actual SERVICE....Even though I was absolutely NOT required to get any physicalidentification, I still did it....and they still made me leave. This is HIGHLY illegal. And will be taking action. Absolutely unprofessional and they discriminate against disabled people. I REPEAT...DO NOT EAT HERE. I can't even tell you if my food is good, because I am too upset to even eat it....It costs nothing to be kind and understanding. So I sat outside in the cold instead of causing a scene. But here is my review as I sit outside in the cold. Too upset to even try my food. I have also already sent a copy of his physical ID to corporate. (I cannot post that here as there is my personal information in there.) Your establishment should be absolutely ashamed... EDIT TO ADD: Managers would not give any names initially, and I had to show and explain the laws they broke to finally obtain names....which also should nit have to be done. Manager names are needed for corporate reports of discrimination...ALSO. The manager proceeded to say she had no idea of the laws...yet. Canes trains ALL MANAGERS on ADA laws...the lies. The rudeness. It can't be made up by lying and fake apologizing.“

“I used this location for some catering. I almost immediately received an email from their catering manager letting me know how to pick up my order. I also received a phone call at my pickup time. A gentleman walked out my entire order to the car (He appeared to be a manager. I'm sorry I missed his name). He double-checked the order and I made sure that I had everything. The food was hot and everything was as promised.“

“I placed an order on door dash for my husband and I. On door dash, there isn’t really any options to modify subs. My husband is allergic to pepperoni but his fav sub is an Italian (basically a salami sub) after placing the DD order, I called the store and asked them to pretty please remove the pep and replace it with extra salami. The lady I talked to was super polite and super understanding and told me “no worries! We’ll do that for you!” And that they did. I would like manager Mike to know that, Lilli, Sam and Laney are awesome! They went above and beyond then any other subway who always has given me the “stink eye” when I ask for this mod.
